All in all, a great place for your money. As in all of Asia, there are small animals , but this is a rarity . Huge convenient parking and shops nearby. Everything you need . If you live for 1/2 month, you are not whimsical about the area , then OK .

This is a residential complex of 6 buildings, at least 40 floors, one of the buildings is a hotel, in the rest part of the floors are allocated for the hotel, and apartments are rented either by a specific office or private individuals. It is very expensive to rent daily, look for Russian apartment owners, it will be cheaper monthly. Apartments for foreigners are not owned here, but in a long-term lease for 49 years. In 90% of the apartments, one window opens onto the corridor. There are a lot of local tourists - on weekends you can wait for the elevator for 5-15 minutes.

The worst vacation I've ever seen, let's start in order:
1) elevator- we go down from the 35th floor for 10 minutes, because only 3 out of 8 elevators work on the descent and going down you will go with the cleaners, who carry a cart with buckets of dirty water on them, sniff this scent of dirty rags all the way;
2) unfriendly reception staff, very arrogant and arrogant;
3) constantly screaming Vietnamese who come from their villages;
4) the beach is terrible, all the Viets come there;
I do not advise anyone to rent an apartment here

It's decent. Relatively inexpensive. Nice neighborhood, great city beach across the street. There is a small shopping center downstairs with everything you need, although the prices are quite high. Near the bus stop of route no.4.
For those who arrived there for the first time, do not buy fruits right near the first (coastal) street, they cost 3-10 times more expensive there than 100 meters from them. Walk along Hong Chong Street to the south. It's not far, just a 2-3 minute walk. Right behind the hotel Mun Tan Luxury, there is a bakery "TTP Bakery". Next to it they sell fruits at a very good price. But take fruits from the girls - they will not cheat you or deceive you. Next to them, a man sells, who always cheats and his scales lie.
In the evening, be careful when walking in the park with sports equipment near the shore opposite the high-rise buildings of Mun Tan. Do not hold the phone in your hands, do not talk on the phone, do not take pictures. In the evening, when it gets dark, local hooligans ride bikes around the square, take away their phones and quickly leave on a bike. They are mostly mature men, and sometimes there are punks. On the very first day, my sister's phone was taken away like that. During the month of my stay, I personally witnessed several such cases. They are not stopped even by the fact that the owner of the phone is a man who is able to fight back, they can easily attack and take away the phone, purse. I even saw a Vietnamese girl who was not afraid and took the phone away from a Chinese man, and there were six of them, the Chinese!
