Living in the apartments of this complex is just a godsend! A godsend for Russian-speaking tourists! There are many fellow countrymen who have opened their fast food outlets, a good location for walking to the beach (North Beach), Vinh Hai market is close. The complex itself is very clean, security, spacious elevators, and with a large number of floors, they arrive very quickly. The complex itself has a number of additional services (to find out more specifically on the spot), but we definitely saw a private kindergarten and a gym. If you have to come again, only to Oceanus!

It was in February 2025. Nice hotel. No frills. Not expensive. With free laundry, no ironing. I lived in a room with a balcony overlooking the courtyard, not the sea. Therefore, it was quiet, because the highway runs along the coast. Refrigerator, TV (I didn't find any Russian channels). Bathroom with shower compartment, soap and soap accessories. A large comfortable bed with clean linens. I took off the stars, because not all the elevators were working. The magnetic key for the elevator was issued after 6 days. In 2 weeks, there were 2 cleanings with a change of linen. Cockroaches sometimes appeared in the room. There are a lot of different cafes, gluttons, shops, massage parlors around. In the next house (Oceanus3) Navigator travel agency with our clerks. It feels like a quarter of the population is our fellow citizens, from small to large. And most importantly, there is a clean sandy beach (North Beach) and a warm sea across the street. A cheap taxi with polite drivers.

Suitable for long-term rental apartments, there is everything you need nearby: shops, pharmacies, cafes and restaurants. The building is clean, lots of elevators, good WI-FI.
Nearby there is a pink trailer with delicious Russian food.
Clean, nice beach, smooth access to the water. Near the buoys you can look at the fish, there are quite a lot of them swimming there. 😬
The only negative thing for me was the music from the street at 6:00 a.m. - at this time, local grandmothers go to "exercise" 🤷🏽♀️
