I have to update my review, because this time the pho bo soup turned out to be even tastier than last time.
Definitely: if you want to fall in love with this soup, then definitely come here (order from here).
The large portion is really pleasing - the amount of ingredients is just great (especially the amount of greens). The temperature of the dish is ideal for immediate consumption.
One of the disadvantages (and this has already become a trend in many Asian cafes in Minsk) is replacing lime with lemon (it already seems to me that you should bring your own lime with you, no matter how comical it may be) and trying to replace the right pepper with some kind of its analogue, which generally did not worsen the taste of the dish.
Just the best fo bo in the city today. Blissful state for 30-60-100 minutes is guaranteed)))
Regarding tom yam (negative review below), I can say that seafood in Belarus (except crayfish) is not found and cafes are very dependent on the integrity of suppliers, and you can spoil the same mussels for tom yam in 10-20 minutes, so it's easier to avoid soups in which you cannot appreciate the freshness of the products, especially going on a long journey))

If it were possible to give 10 stars, then I would. I love Vietnamese food. Soups, everything is boiled, delicious beef. And most importantly, May bread) Vietnamese cuisine is a great discovery for me in terms of food.

Very tasty soups, just a delight! The portions are large, the pho bo has a lot of meat, the bun tom has a lot of shrimp! Definitely I will still order! I couldn't take a photo - I ate it all in an instant.

Ban mi and sausage were put in a bun for charan. The chicken in the dough in the pita bread tastes terrible. On the one hand, the vegetables are in the most tasteless sauce that I have tried, and on the other hand, a dry piece of chicken in batter.
I took a couple of bites and threw it away. Half a bag of food goes to the landfill. I strongly advise against it

We went yesterday with my husband Tom yam in front of the road (5.01.25). To be honest, we barely made it to Moscow, both of us were so terribly poisoned. If there was a place closer, I would definitely come with a showdown. Complete chaos. I strongly do not recommend it.

Excellent Vietnamese cuisine, soups are divine, snacks, salads..the portions are impressive, if you need to eat a hearty and delicious meal, you are here. And, of course, the prices are pleasant for such dishes. Maybe someone doesn't like Vietnamese cuisine in principle, but it's a matter of taste)

The cashier looked very surprised when asked what kind of rice was in the side dish and said irritably that it was ordinary. The rice was dry and sticky, just like in the school cafeteria. Their vegetables, namely cabbage and carrots, were also dry with a slight hint of vinegar. French fries, as usual, fries like fries, hence the two points, but the beef is too salty, after a couple of pieces the stomach began to suffer from so much salt. Maybe it was because they arrived late in the evening, just like the number of dishes, half could not be ordered. The portions are small, either they mow down the Vietnamese, or the children of Saigon do not know how to work.

I thought it would be like in Saigon on Zhdanovichi or Komarovka, but I was disappointed. I ordered a large Bo Sao for 16 rubles, and eventually got a mountain of Peking cabbage, and tough beef that I barely chewed, it was completely tasteless, no spices or a normal vegetable side dish. Understand that I am not a picky or conflicted person, and I was very hungry. So I pecked at this tough beef, fished out a couple of pieces of champignons and went to a nearby McDonald's

As for me, the establishment does not reach the level of a cafe (former MR potato and pasta and pizza tempo next door), to put it mildly. The main complaints about the quality of cooking food. The taste of the same pasta and soups is clearly seasoned with flavor enhancers. The broth and noodles honestly taste like some kind of doshirak. Next to easy soup, order some kind of soup there and you will feel the difference immediately. Shrimp are the same frozen tasteless.Of course, I haven 't tried everything, but the level of reference Vietnamese Asian cuisine is clearly not to be expected there .This is most likely another chain of home-made fast food, for a snack, although prices could be a little lower in this case.There is also a very acute problem with drinks tea, coffee, and their own drinks, which in my opinion is a greater omission. And the fact that there is honestly some kind of syrup in the jars, there is no juice of exotic fruits there, but it costs 3 rubles per jar. For a snack, it is quite a good place if the prices are not confusing, since the portions are quite voluminous, but no more. Do you want a normal good meal at the cafe level of a cheap restaurant, talk at tempo, mom at home or easy soup to look in if current.
