The lobby of the hotel and the cafe with live music are a little cool, the family pools with children are cooler than they should be (Our child got sick the day after the pool. The images showing the temperature that should be and the actual temperature are presented in the Appendix). The family bath was immaculate and aesthetic. The food served at the restaurant is very good. The restaurant section and the staff working in the cafe with a fireplace are very polite and interested. The friends at the coin-operated playground for children are very helpful and communication-oriented. Their approach to our child was affectionate. Coke, fanta, etc. in the minibars in the rooms. the amount is too much; instead, milk and fruit juice varieties can be increased. The fact that the water in the rooms is in a glass bottle gives a quality image. It makes us feel valuable to have a special general manager signed "Welcome" card in the room on our behalf. The shape of the Qibla should be indicated with an arrow in the rooms, there should be a prayer rug. The variety of hosaf, compote and sorbet in the dishes should be increased. I consider that alcohol service in minibars should be made on request.

Beautiful hotel, located at the foot of the mountain. Very green, perfect for relaxation. A chic spa with different types of steam rooms and an indoor pool with hydro massage. The food is very diverse. The rooms are spacious, several conference rooms for events. There are also several pools, slides. Squirrels live on the territory)

We also go on holidays with the children every winter.Its very beautiful nature for adults and for children, the cleaning staff of the hotel is of a quality that has never changed.What needs to be improved is the variety of food and breakfast quality (especially in the main restaurant, tea service always comes late or does not come, there are samovars for you to buy for yourself, which is not nice on vacation )
