This hotel sucks. Not a hotel, but a living room house. The rooms are shabby, the beds are shabby. We stayed for 5 days, of which the ceiling in the bathroom leaked along the lamp for 3 days. Then this lamp sagged. They were in no hurry to solve the problem. There was a scandal. They refuse to return the money. Many of the guests were cursed in a rude way. The administrator threatened that he would blacklist us and they would not let us through at the border and there would be a large fine. But of course we answered him properly. He is the grandson of an elderly woman. A rude and ill-mannered man. It's a family business. The service is terrible and they don't think to improve it. Cook and cleaner in one person. People, if you are reading this review, avoid this hotel. Don't spoil your vacation.
The hotel is almost in the city center. But the impression is that the staff and the owner need it only to make money: the rooms are small, not cleaned, shabby, there is nowhere to put clothes away at night, the TV on the wall in the room hangs on two nails, the shower is leaking. In short, we have not seen the worst hotel in Uzbekistan.
