I flew with them to Egypt once again...my job was just to say what I could...and I got what I wanted .....the sea.. the sun..delicious food and wonderful rest...despite the fact that the budget was limited, I found what I needed...lucky, many will say .. well.. without the professionalism of the girls...it wouldn't have turned out so great..That 's why I flew .flying..and I will fly with them)I like that they make me happy 😘

We decided to use the services of this travel agency to go on vacation with a girl to Italy, including with the opening of visas. We signed a contract (act), made a deposit, set deadlines for filing and departure in August. Lydia postponed the visa application a couple of times due to difficulties with the visa center, well, that's okay. Around the middle of August, they told us to make insurance for a certain date, we did, and gave the documents. A couple of days have passed and I am informed that the visa application center has restricted visa applications, well, okay. A week+ passes, there is no feedback from them. The girl wrote to Lydia to clarify the status of visas - they had another version - they canceled all bus tours to our country for a month. I went to pick up the documents and the deposit, unfortunately I did not find the receipt for the contract and without it I was refused a refund (although the contract is there and everything is written there). They offered another tour with a deposit transfer, but this option did not work. As a result, the money for two insurance policies burned out, the collateral disappeared, and there was no feedback. If there had been sensible feedback and desire on their part, everything could have been solved. I am not a lawyer, but now consumer rights allow you to return money even without a check, and if there is a contract, it even sounds ridiculous. They do what they want. I wasn't going to leave a review, but it's still worth it, I hope it will help others when choosing a travel agency.
