The hotel is not bad, really not bad: polite staff, clean rooms (in which everything works properly), generally quiet atmosphere, delicious breakfasts. When choosing a hotel, there was the possibility of free booking and cash payment upon check-in.
A few nuances:
1. The hotel is not located that it is NOT in the center, it is, in principle, a long way from the center to get to it on its own.
2. There are no special utilities and interesting things in the area around. There is, of course, a tea production plant nearby, but I suppose, like me at that time, this fact will not make special weather for you. It's better to take a look at the local botanical garden - you won't find a more tea place.
3. According to the maps, there is a sea not far from the hotel. This is true, but you will not be able to enter the water. In fact, the whole coast is not equipped for recreation in any way.
4. (as a result) this hotel is a good place if you want to spend the night cleanly, have breakfast and go out to see the city all day.
In principle, the issue of moving from the hotel and back is comfortably solved by local buses: the stop is nearby, they run often, the passage is not so expensive (something like up to 30-40 lira). This smooths out the distance from the city center.
