A good hotel for your money! Everything is clean and cozy! It is located in a wonderful area! The staff at the hotel is super, they helped us with all the issues (from currency exchange to parcel transfer). A wonderful pastry shop with super breakfasts is very close by, and an incredible place with Uzbek cuisine is across the house! The center is a 20-minute walk away, close to parks and a beautiful mosque!
Overall, the location is positive and the rooms are more or less well renovated. Everything is frustrating the service. The staff can be said not to speak Russian and very little English. Upon arrival, the rooms were not prepared, they were vacuumed and the bed linen was changed. Garbage remained, hygiene products including shower gels, shampoos, towels were in insufficient quantity. Hygiene items left by previous guests also remained in the room. At the same time, we took 3 rooms and in all there was about the same picture. The trouble with the TV is, of the declared channels, only local ones and not all of them. Breakfast is very meager in the morning, and since one girl cooks, delivers and cleans it, it takes 10-20 minutes to wait for it. But the crowning achievement is that if you ask the reception for what is missing in the room, then the probability of satisfaction is 50/50. For example, I asked for toilet paper 3 times in 14 hours and was given it only after 3 times when it was completely gone, and the extra blanket that I asked for did not wait. In general, if you do not pay attention to all this, then you can spend the night.
A very clean, cozy, fresh hotel with friendly and helpful staff and a personalized delicious breakfast, there is a place to sit and work. It's quite far from the center, but considering the prices of a Tashkent taxi, it's even a plus, it's quiet and calm. The only thing to note is that the wi-fi in the rooms is not stable.
The hotel justifies its money. Prices are usually higher in this area (near the airport). The room is clean, there is everything you need - cupboards with hangers, kettle and water, refrigerator, hair dryer. I didn't have any shower gel in my room, but I guess I could ask for it. The breakfast is very modest - but again the price is appropriate. There is a pharmacy and a supermarket near the hotel, and there are many food options.
Decent hotel, clean, beautiful, affordable price. Breakfast would be nice, of course, a buffet(as a suggestion). The staff is polite and ready to help, not everyone speaks Russian. Thank you for your hospitality.
Great new hotel. Located in a convenient location of the city, there are supermarkets and cafes nearby. The staff at the hotel is helpful and friendly. In general, the hotel is clean, the breakfasts are weak.
Good evening! You can insert your 5 kopecks for this hotel. From March 23 to March 25, I rented this hotel, we came to Nauryz for the holidays. We stopped by at 1 p.m., the room was not ready, so we left our suitcases in the room and went to the market, I warned the receptionist that the room was ready by 4 p.m., we wanted to relax a little and continue walking around the city. We arrived at 5 p.m. we still haven't cleaned the room, plus the door is open, suitcases and personal belongings in the room immediately caused distrust, the pillowcase was not changed, they gave us a pillow without a pillowcase, they say, wait for no spare ones, we'll wash, dry and give, everything is dirty everywhere, the toilet was not cleaned from previous visitors. The shower doesn't really work, the staff is all rude, we wait for breakfast for 30 minutes, it takes a lot of time, plus we found a midge in the plate. I do not recommend this hotel to check in, it is a very dirty hotel!!!!
Overall, it's a good location, the metro is not close, but the center is still. The staff is caring, the room is clean, everything is delicious, there is nothing more to say, opposite is an excellent Safiza coffee shop, I recommend
It's cute, but only at first glance, in fact, they never bothered to clean up the room for three days of stay, despite the fact that they asked for cleaning and hung out a sign that they needed to clean up, breakfast was not only waited for 40 minutes, but also one name from breakfast, first they brought scrambled eggs with half a sausage and half a cucumber, after 15 minutes they brought bread and coffee 15 minutes later, despite the fact that it's off-season and there are three customers in the restaurant...If you don't have that much free time, it's better to go to a cafe nearby...The overall impression is that you can find a much better hotel for this money... I'm giving you a deuce just because of the pretty interior.
It was a nice room, but the bed wasn't very soft. The breakfast is good, but there is little choice, although it is probably normal for such a small hotel.
I know Tashkent well, I often go there, I have lived in different hotels, but I especially like the New York hotel. Everything is at the highest level!

They have another hotel, Humo wanted it, they booked it through booking, and upon arrival they said there were no places. But they were quickly found at the New York Hotel. It turned out that their network is actually more expensive than booking. We found out about this when we booked for another day, because we had to go to another area for work. They asked why you said that, but you came by yourself that time, and not through booking. That's how they earn money. Scammers....
The food was delicious
We were alone, the service was fast and polite.
The average check per person turned out to be 800₽
In general, I liked the design.
I recommend you to visit
The hotel is excellent. The staff is caring and attentive. The breakfasts are generally normal, not a buffet, but always full.
The rooms are very clean, cleaning every day. The bed linen and towels are clean and crisp. There is no minibar, which is understandable. But there is a refrigerator, cupboards, TV in all languages. I recommend.
The hotel is good, in principle, I am satisfied with everything in terms of service and comfort. The only thing that remains unclear is how a hotel bar can be called a bar when they refuse to sell strong drinks with a volume less than a bottle? At the same time, the bar menu has a price for 50ml. I've never seen anything like it anywhere.
I was there once. The room is cozy and clean.
Cleanliness is very well maintained.
The hotel itself is only open for a year after renovation. There are grocery stores, a pharmacy and a cafe-confectionery "Sofia" around the hotel. I recommend going there.
Well, that's it....
To be clear, there is a very large balcony with a high fence. To explore the surroundings, you need to stand on the formwork. A third of the balcony is occupied by a non-working Jacuzzi, with leaves, sand and other food:) breakfast is somehow absolutely no, right at all
