First, about the advantages. It is clear that doctors love animals and try to help everyone, the queue moves quickly. You can safely apply here without problems with the pet's health. The disadvantage lies in the very principle of the clinic. There is only a live queue, five examination tables are monitored by one, at best two doctors. They also help those who are still in line with quick questions. Because of this, doctors cannot pay proper attention to each patient. We brought the puppy from the street, first of all to the vet for examination. The appointment took no more than three minutes, the doctor did not take money for it. A couple of days later, we came back to get recommendations on puppy care, saying that we didn't know anything about dogs. It was reported that the puppy vomited all night after eating a bone from a pet store. The doctor said that the dog simply did not like such a treat and suggested boiling beef bones on his own. Three days later, we brought in a puppy, exhausted by vomiting and diarrhea, who had not eaten for a day by that time. He was immediately put on a saline drip and injected with vitamins, the doctors did not take any tests. The next day, I brought a half-dead puppy, which was resuscitated for about an hour. The doctors tried very hard, but they did not save the dog. The most terrible thing is that the doctor began to blame us for the puppy's death. The fact that we did not follow the recommendations that he did NOT GIVE. It was obvious that he was upset about the death of the animal, but the hard work completely erased from his memory what he said or did not say to do. I will not take my other animals to this clinic.

The best clinic. They always help promptly, many employees speak Russian, which is very valuable There are a lot of animals brought, there are queues. They addressed the issue of the eyes, some said that it was only an operation, then everything was solved with ointment and medicine🥹👍 I recommend.
