You also can't wait for the waiters, you have to go to the bar and order before.
There are also issues with table cleaning. There are commonplace options when the customer finishes eating and when to remove the plate - as a Maxim, you can focus on etiquette, at least on a napkin in the plate.
Therefore, we would like more service.

I celebrated my birthday, they said that I definitely need a pre-order, no problem, I came and did it taking into account the fact that we would come for a snack, choose the main meal. We booked a table for 20.30, at 20.50 there was nothing from the pre-order on the table. She asked for pizza by 21.00, and reminded the waiter upon arrival. The pizza arrived at 22.30, when I went to the receptionist about 10 minutes ago and said that I didn't need it anymore. The waitress seemed to be on her own wave, we had to catch her to make an order for alcohol and dishes, she did not come up to us, at some point we sat for about 20-30 minutes without alcohol on the table, because there was no one to order, we had to go to the bar myself, pay and catch the waiter, to have it all brought to us. Everything is also bad with the order, they ordered a roll, after 1.5 hours they said that they were not there, they had to wait an hour and could not accept such an order from me.
The impressions are very negative, I liked only the hookah and the karaoke guys

The cuisine, as in many clubs, fades into the background, the list of drinks and cocktails is very diverse. I definitely recommend it for an active dance evening in a youth company.

At the same time, these conditions are not initially indicated by the administration when visiting the institution, and if questions arise, they answer that these are the rules of the institution, which are set out and safely packed in a file folder located at the administrator among tons of other papers.

We came to the club with a group of 4 people, paid for admission, put bracelets on our hands and were given 4 lottery bracelets. After some time, one person from our company lost his bracelet (they are paper and this is not surprising). He went to smoke many times and after one such exit, the administration decided not to let him into the institution, because they have such rules (which were not announced to us at the entrance). At the same time, we have been in the institution for more than three hours, spent about 150 rubles in the bar and could have stayed another hour and spent some more money. But the administration acted ugly and did not want to go to our meeting because of 10 rubles. Although there was all the evidence of the purchase of an entrance ticket. Eventually, it was possible to check the cameras.
