I don't think this is a 4 star hotel. Soon only 3 and even 2.5. Pros: The reception is very sociable and nice, the room is clean and cozy. Metro, market near the hotel is a good plus. Cons: We were at the hotel for 6 days, but we never changed the bed linen and the maid also took my towel when she informed me that it was my own towel, replied that she had submitted all the towels for cleaning and would not be able to bring me and promised that she would bring it after cleaning. But she didn't bring it and didn't even ask for forgiveness. Why take someone else's towel?? I was very angry!!!! More cons the hotel is located on a very noisy street, it was hard to sleep at night.

The towels were not changed for 3 days and the bed was just made up for the appearance of the bed, the noise as if you were sleeping outside, the neighbors can be heard pooping and pissing, the conversation can be heard as if there were people in your room, and not behind the wall. The width of the wall is cardboard. The streets on all sides of the hotel are covered with motorcycles, conversations of people walking. You won't find silence here, without sleep, without options. There are no glasses in the room, there is no tea, there is not even 100 ml of water for guests, you will arrive from the airport to buy on the way, they will not give you anything.
