What is this place - a banquet hall, an outdoor restaurant, or a cafe? It feels like the owners need to make up their mind. Otherwise, they’ll fail to attract any customers. We have been waiting for 20 minutes to place an order(in Russian language) and then for another 40 minutes to catch our waitress who was passing by to find out what happened. She pretended she didn’t speak Russian anymore. Apparently, she forgot it while she was running around. Horrible service, stay away from this place if you’d like to have a meal, and you don’t have at least 4 hours to spare.

We came to have dinner and smoke a hookah. As objectively as possible and what is important to know:
The hookah was delicious (but at Moscow prices, more than 2 tr without any frills), there is no hookah call button, only a waiter (they wanted to remove one coal, as a result they smoked as is, because they did not wait for anyone),
The tea is delicious, they took pomegranate (but the cost is about 1100 rubles per liter)
Lamb kebab is terrible: hard, salty. We didn't want to make one serving yet, order only from two, but, of course, there's not a word about it on the menu, we went to a meeting, we made one, but the quality ... described above,
We also took grilled vegetables, only zucchini and pepper were delicious, the rest was over-salted,
I took red wine, locally produced - normal.
! I would like to note separately: cigarettes are smoked in the institution, respectively, the smell is everywhere, when they came in they did not immediately understand, but as a couple of smoking guests joined, they quickly felt the pain of secondhand smoke, well, things stink accordingly.
10% tips are already included in the bill. The bill for the hookah and the kitchen is different.

It's a very atmospheric place. Delicious dishes and the atmosphere of the place. I liked it very much. Special thanks to the staff for the delicious food and for the beautiful serving of dishes and drinks. I would also like to thank the waiter who brought dessert from the restaurant for my whole company. You are the best!

Ставлю хорошую оценку за атмосферу, антуражно, красиво, уютно, еду не пробовали, брали кальян, неплохой кальян, но цены Московские, кальянщик следит за сервисом, но нам попался который плохо говорит по русски, благо официанты переводят, что ему не понятно, сервис нормальный. Посидеть вечером в уютном месте в центре Еревана подойдёт, но про еду опять же ничего не скажу, алкоголь хороший

A very decent institution in the center of Yerkwan. The prices are reasonable, the food is delicious, the hookah is excellent. The music is not loud, and the service is surprisingly good for Yerevan.

The service is at a low level! They are already used to the fact that people come to them, waiters go without a face, look at people pressing a button, make an indignant face and do not look like, waiting only for coffee for 20 minutes, a plate of fruit for 50 minutes. The administrator is not competent.
I advise the institution to change the administrator, it cannot affect its waiters in any way.
Ofics either work stoned or don't sleep at all

Было в данном заведении, не заказывал кальян но почему-то приписали мне, когда пришло обратно что-бы понять почему я заплатил за Колян мне сказали это недоразумения произошло, могу сказать одно если у вас не грамотный афицант не берите его на работу, от этого страдает ваше заведение!

The dish brought was different from the picture. In the picture on the menu there were fried sausages with meat and cheese snacks, and the dish turned out to be without sausages.

A very pleasant place. We had dinner with the family after the "Silkworm". The staff is very polite. They speak Russian very well. They even joke in Russian. Prices are not Moscow prices.

I didn't like this place at all! It looks beautiful, but the food is terrible, we ordered sushi and waited 2 hours! They started eating and couldn 't , because the rice was like porridge , and the fish was old , in general , some kind of horror! I don 't recommend it 👎🏻
