The place is so-so, there is no kettle in the room, the view from the window to the landing, for 8 days of rest there has never been cleaning and towel replacement, the endless hum of uninterruptible power supplies that stand outside the window on the landing! We rested there in April 2021!

The interior doesn't quite match the photo, there are problems with cleaning the rooms, even if you remind them every day. Sometimes there are no cleaners, then they don't clean normally. There is no kettle on the floor. 1 iron for 2 floors. The numbers themselves are nothing. There is a TV, refrigerator, air conditioning. There is no washing machine in the room, it is in the attic, paid. And so you can live anywhere, 5 minutes to the sea without hurrying.

It was in 2020. We were vacationing with a friend. The rooms are small, linen and towels have not been changed in 9 days. Cleaning was done 1 time. There is no kettle in the room, you can't always get into the kitchen. The advantage is that it is located near the sea.

We got here in early May, when the tourist season was just beginning, the hotel was empty, but we even liked it. Everything is new, only after construction, the rooms are clean and cozy. There is digital TV, hot water, refrigerator, air conditioning, hair dryer, Wi-Fi, towels and a beautiful view from the window. The owners of the hotel Leonid and Marina are very kind and friendly people, the hostess cooks herself, on the first day we had a dinner of national cuisine with homemade wine and cognac, it was very tasty and good. Every day we had a breakfast to choose from according to our wishes: porridge, scrambled eggs, pancakes, cakes, tea, coffee, juice - everything is homemade and very tasty. The hotel is well located, on the one hand, minibuses and buses to Sukhum, Petsunda, etc. run close to the main ged highway, on the other hand, the sea is literally one block away, opposite the hotel there is a souvenir shop and a travel agency where we bought all the vouchers. You can walk to the park and to the central market. The place is quiet, cozy, perfectly located and with good hosts. I recommend it to everyone.👍👍👍

Only the numbers are good. They are still new... Linen, towels, water, air conditioning - all without complaints.
But there is no service. It is not clear whether this is a private sector or a hotel...🤔.
They took it through a Tour operator in Moscow - it is unreasonably expensive to accommodate such a level. Perhaps, directly, the price is more adequate.
