It's a disgusting place! A woman with a stroke was brought in, a nurse came out and said with a complaint: "why did you come here at all?" The doctor came out and said, go home and rest. I'm asking, maybe some kind of injections, ivs? They said they could inject something, to which the nurse replied, "Do I have it?" When I asked if this medicine could be purchased at a pharmacy and what the policy they require was for, she brought a syringe, injected it and sent it home. I had to quickly raise my personal connections and take them to another hospital, where they took full care of ivs, injections, and medications. Thank God, I've recovered. If we had trusted this neurology, I'm afraid to imagine what might have happened...

On 15.04, my sister died in this hospital. They were in no hurry to treat him. There is no necessary equipment (CT, MRI), experimental medications, after which the temperature rises to 39, can only be brought down with analgin (there are no other drugs). While I was with my sister (in 6 days), 5 people died. Attention to patients for money. If you care about your loved ones, look for other hospitals.

A medical facility with disciplined and conscientious staff. If you need to talk and be pitied, this is not the place. They work together here and save lives. With the external unsightliness of the room, cleanliness is everywhere, no foreign odors, except for the smell of the hospital. We thank all the staff for their work - from the head of the department to the nurses.

My mother died here. After covid, she came in with a disorder of consciousness. The diagnosis of cerebral edema was established after 6 days, but my mother had already died. They were treated for 6 days without diagnosis. Upon admission, dexamethasone and oxygen therapy, which were important for this diagnosis, were canceled. Although we directly pointed out to the doctors their importance. The deterioration of the condition was ignored for 4 days, the doctors said, this is the norm when the patient sleeps more and more and it is more difficult to get out of sleep. On the last day, they were not transferred to the intensive care unit with severe deterioration. They began to save me when my father himself found my mother in a dying state and called the doctor on duty. If you are a relative of a seriously ill person and want to help save a life: 1. Be persistent. Do not be afraid to seem arrogant, demand to understand your case and treat it quickly. Communicate with each new doctor on duty. Everyone should see that you are in control. 2. Upon admission, give the doctors a medical history with regular medications or incomplete treatments. Make sure that they are not canceled. 3. Arrange for patient care. Ask the supervisor for permission to stay with the patient at an unauthorized time or ask the staff to observe the patient more often than usual for money. Ideally, in the first days you should have two assistants, one supervises the patient, the second solves issues. 4. Demand a quick diagnosis. Find a way to conduct examinations, CT scans, and MRI on the second day. 5. Consult on the side. Write down the diagnosis, the results of examinations, and appointments. Go to other neurologists, heads of departments. Collectively it is better. 6. If you see that the treatment is incorrect or the condition worsens, but the treatment is not changed, transfer to another hospital. For example, in Kalinin or No. 4. The staff of the department will help you find a car for transportation on a stretcher. From the positive. 2/3 of the staff are great fellows. They are sympathetic, confident and kind.

A stripped-down building both inside and out. Shame on the Ministry of Health of the DPR. There is no Polyclinic for children or adults in the huge village!!!
