The best cafes in Istanbul + some of the lowest prices. A network of state ceremonial cafes. It is delicious, beautiful and very pleasant. I recommend caesar, schnitzel and brownie

Nev is my favorite of the places. You can take your guests to breakfast. It will be very nice to have breakfast between books. Clean and quality prices are relatively good.Jul. Easy to reach.
