I bought KZ S1D headphones in November 2021, even then, when buying, I wanted to pay with a card, but I saw an old, well-worn A4 sheet on the seller's laptop, on which something like was written: "the terminal is temporarily not working." Which naturally makes it clear that the issue is not temporary, but permanent!
In January, one earphone stopped working, brought it to the store to be repaired. By the way, on the laptop there is still the same tattered A4 sheet that "the terminal is temporarily not working", they do not even have enough brains or brains to change the sheet to a fresher one so that it looks at least realistic. And so. The seller looks at the headphones, accepts them, and that's it, just verbally, they say, I'll call you in 2 weeks. Naturally, I asked a question about the acceptance certificate, the seller replied something indistinct that they did not have such a thing. Which is naturally a gross violation. Okay, I made him write the date of acceptance, last name, initials, signature and stamp on the warranty card. 2 weeks pass and silence. I call myself, they tell me something indistinct in the phone again, that they haven't been transferred from the repair yet. I'm already starting to boil over here and I'm saying everything! In general, a day later they called me and said they could pick me up. And all this is NOT accompanied even by simple and ordinary apologies. I come to pick it up, they give it out again without anything. I force you to write me a new warranty card, since by law the warranty period should be extended by the time the device is under repair. I take a book of complaints and suggestions and write my claim. And what?! And nothing ... on April 30th on the calendar, the answer to the claim did not come to me, but 2.5 months have passed.

I bought Sony MDR-EX255AP headphones. Stupidly, when buying, I did not open and did not check the product, and forgot to ask for a receipt (which was not successfully given), fortunately there was at least a warranty card. When I came home, it turned out that the box was opened, well, okay, I think it's okay, even though the amount of tape that was glued there in more than one layer and had already turned yellow and aroused suspicion, I closed my eyes to this. The box immediately aroused suspicion, the back part was not in the color of the front, and there was no usual manufacturer's insert with a warranty tab on the back of the box (after all, these are not the first Sony ears in my life). After removing it from the box, the first thing that caught my eye was the color, which was darker than the original, the ear pads, which were roughly made and the winding for the headphones, which was very soft and resembled more jelly and was clearly for decoration. After removing the ear pads from the headphones, I noticed that the plastic was very thin and in one of the headphones it was deformed, and the insulation did not lie flat and was also deformed. The headset key was pressed with a nasty sharp click and there were scuffs (obviously a fake, because I demolished not 1 or even 5 pairs, and I know the quality of the original). The sound was disgusting, a lot of bottoms, little middle and high (which had nothing to do with the original). Then the instruction was studied, which was only in Chinese and was unfolded slightly longer than the palm of your hand, crookedly folded and clearly did not resemble the original in content. When he came to the store to make a refund, the seller did not immediately agree with this, arguing that the headphones were opened (although the package was opened before me. Apparently, I'm not the first one to buy them), but to the claim that this is not the original, I referred to the fact that their supplier is reliable, and only after pointing out the above-mentioned "differences from the original" I returned the money. I won't say that all their products are not original, but do you need this lottery? My case is not the first, judging by the reviews, it was worth reading them in advance. Change the supplier.

I always liked the store, but I was upset with the fourth purchase. There were no problems before, but voo bought headphones and one started hissing at some points of the songs. I gave it under warranty, they said they would call within two weeks, but there was no call. I was nearby and came in myself, they said that they were not there yet and would dial when they returned. It's been almost four weeks, and there hasn't been a call, so I decided to come back when I'm around, and I did. They took my headphones out of some kind of bag and told me to take them away. To my question, what was the problem and whether it was fixed, the answer was: "Well, listen, check it out." Of course, after listening to a couple of tracks in the store, I didn't seem to hear anything and left, but the next day, chasing my playlist, I realized that nothing had been fixed. Then my friends told me that they had to issue a form stating that the headphones were being taken away and, when issuing headphones, give a form with the reason, etc. (in fact, they could not return it and I could not do anything, because I did not sign anything). In general, it seemed that they were not repaired, but simply ignored. I didn't take it the second time, the headphones are not very expensive, I can already survive 80 rubles, but the sediment remained.
