Beauty is in the eyes of the beholder! We rested for a few days for the May holidays. The company was looking for an inexpensive guest house. We have never regretted it. Gorgeous sunset view from the balcony! The yard is green, with a cozy table under the crown of a tree with lemons. The friendly hostess of the house welcomed us cordially early in the morning on the day of arrival. Yes, the ascent to the house and the stairs in the house are quite steep. This is understandable-the house is located on a mountain. It will be difficult for people of age and with poor physical fitness.The rest was a success. We will definitely come back! Thanks!

People, if you value your health and your nerves, then immediately pass by this guest house!
Especially in no case do not come there with small children, in other words, I will not wish to rest in such a place to the enemy!
Complete unsanitary conditions, we rented two rooms on the second floor, there is a terrible smell, staying in the rooms for a long time just makes my head spin, it's not clear at all what stinks there, the furniture is shaking, the beds are just on snot, the bed linen is torn, I'm not even sure it's clean, the smell of dampness everywhere…
In the shower, the whole curtain is covered with mold, there is shallow ventilation in the ceiling, which rats often run through , but all living creatures are the least problem
I do not know when the last cleaning was carried out in the rooms, in one of the rooms there is dried ground dog shit on the floor
The furniture everywhere leaves much to be desired, the stench was fierce everywhere, ventilation and air conditioning did not save at all, we did not even dare to put things on any shelves, we kept them in suitcases
Money is taken there for absolutely everything , it is disgusting to take so much money for any services and not invest a penny in any improvements
In general, on the second day we just ran away from there , we had never packed our bags so quickly on vacation in our lives
We stayed there for two full days , barely gave us the money , and then most of the respected Rima got into her pocket , but money was the least that we cared about then
I was also annoyed that we little men said so and so , we're moving out , and from above there are a hundred questions and attempts to convince us to stay
When we personally told her that she just had an unbearable smell and mold all around, she began to open the doors to the room and, including the fool, ostentatiously sniff and ask questions, what does it smell like here? They say there is no smell for her here
But reading the reviews here, we are not the first to suffocate from this smell there
Such an unsuccessful check-in almost ruined our whole vacation and we already thought that it was like this everywhere , but then we quickly found a place almost there, just not on the rise of the hill , but at the bottom
And the difference is incredible, they rented rooms cheaper, where a brand new renovation was done, everything was done for the hotel, everything was free there, kitchen, laundry
The conclusion is this - the respected hostess is used to taking money from people and she absolutely does not care what kind of unsanitary conditions people will live in there, nothing is invested in improvements
I believe that such "guest houses" should be checked, if she had any kind of check, believe me, this hotel would never have passed it
I hope such reviews will discourage people from going there, I advise you to avoid this place so as not to catch any infection
I've never seen such a shitty place to relax....

We had a rest at the end of the summer of 2023.
We were very disappointed. Firstly, they immediately demanded payment for the entire stay. Although we hoped that if we didn't like it, we would leave. Apparently that's the calculation.
Secondly, it immediately caught my eye that the rooms are not clean. There are spider webs in many places, water stains on the walls, some damp rugs and mold in the bathroom. The doors are probably damp, because of this they close badly and very noisily (including at the neighbors, which is very audible). Most sockets are loose. Some of them are impossible to use at all. The beds creak very much, springs stick out of the mattresses. There are power outages throughout the guest house, which is why the light bulbs still glow a little at night with the lights off. Often there is no hot water, or it is barely warm. Wi-Fi catches poorly and not everywhere. 2 of the 3 windows (one window in each room) look into the wall of the neighboring guest house, so the sun hardly gets into 2 rooms. In some places, the parquet is puffed up in the rooms.
The bed linen in the rooms is not changed. The rooms are not cleaned. The guest house provides meals for an additional fee.a fee (like a canteen on request), but there was no trust in it. I also want to note the following - when cooking in the dining room, there is a strong smell of gas.
After a few days of living, most of the vacationers caught rotovirus. Most likely because of the sea. In this connection, there was a struggle for a shared toilet. Subsequently, it turned out that a lot of tourists from Gagra had picked up rotovirus. There are queues of people in pharmacies who want to buy medicines for RVIs.
I also draw your attention to the fact that the guest house is located, although not far from the shore, but the path from the beach to the room is in a very steep and rather long slide. By the time you get to the room, you'll get tired and sweat 10 times. Especially after vomiting, when there is no strength. And there is also a steep and long staircase leading from the entrance to the guest house to the rooms. Elderly people definitely have nothing to do here.
We had a TV in our room. The news channels worked mainly.
After half the stay, we decided to look for better places and leave the Nesnik guest house. Naturally, no one returned the money to us for the remaining time.
I strongly do not recommend this house for living. When leaving, there were no good memories from the Nesnik guest house.

Good afternoon. There is no service. The hostess makes money out of thin air. I offered to wash the towels that were given to us for 150 rubles, instead of replacing them. There is no cleaning in the room. Or for an additional fee. There is no stove, so you will not be able to cook. They brought chicken pox. They did not ask for a certificate from the pediatrician, nor were they sent to the local hospital for a conclusion. I don't care, as long as there is an income. And the reputation... Money should not be invested in the improvement of the guest house. And so it will do. I really wanted to move out, but my husband stopped me. It was lucky that they only came to spend the night. Everything is leaking in the toilet, and it's very cold. I'm a man from the north, but even I couldn't stand on the tile without slippers, we were seriously storing food there. The beds are combined, it is impossible to sleep on the mattress, it has already been written. Everything else is in the photo. The last photo shows smudges after the rain. Then the mold began to grow. My room cost 4 thousand a day. Family room (but we never found the 5th bed).

We stopped at the guest house on 09/24/2022. The room has a terrible smell of unwashed clothes, mold. Cleaning is carried out for the sake of appearance, in fact: cobwebs, dust, stains and streaks everywhere. The air conditioning and TV are not working. The bedside tables are in unusable condition, the bed is on its last legs (the slightest movement and it will immediately fall apart). The hostess took the deposit and did not want to give it back, she has her own rules and laws. Wi-fi practically does not work, it catches only on the balcony. Disgusting service, ripping off clean water. People, don't spoil your vacation, they're screwing up reviews.

Good afternoon. Nesnik. I don't know what to call it at all. What's it? It's impossible to live there. The room is like a closet of dirt. There is no service. Narrow stairs. With high steps. The stink. The furniture should have been thrown away long ago. There is no light. There is no Internet connection. The pictures and videos sent by the hostess of the house do not correspond to reality. Another 20 people will run past your bathroom. I do not recommend this hole to anyone in the full sense of the word.

We had a rest in the summer of 2021 in Gagra in this guest house.The rooms are dirty, they have never been cleaned, the toilet and the bathroom in general were very dirty, to put it mildly, the air conditioner seemed to have never been cleaned, the reason was announced that the maid quit, the kitchen and services are more expensive than in other places.One plus the view from the balcony is beautiful.The hosts are sociable, the climb is of course steep, as are the stairs inside.The beds and mattresses should have been thrown away a long time ago.Comparing the room, for example, with the one I rented earlier in Vityazevo, wins only in the proximity of the sea.It was clean, TV and refrigerator in the room, a normal closet, clean as in intensive care and at the same time everything is cheaper.Personally, I have closed Abkhazia for myself, although the nature there is beautiful, but do not look for service here, there is none.

I didn't book rooms for the whole family. It so happened that my 20-year-old son was at war, I had to cancel my reservation.Later it turned out that our numbers were blocked. It is a pity that there are such people in Russia who do not care. They didn't even want to return half of the prepayment. My child would have been helped. I can't give an assessment of the hotel. I didn't have time to visit.

The guest house has a dining room where you can eat tasty and inexpensive food.Very hospitable hosts who will help with everything and tell you. We have been vacationing here since 2011, even 2 times a year. The owners are the Rimma and Roma family. We have been vacationing with our granddaughters for the last 3 years (two girls, now 3 and 6 years old). The hosts are wonderful, but unobtrusive. If you want to communicate, communicate, if you don't want to, don't. Rimma is the hostess, Roma is the caretaker (golden hands). Remember the main rule - as you treat people, so do they treat you. Now (2018) we have already bought tickets, we are going there. IMHO.
