Five stars for the restaurant. Well done, the girls are waiters, they work smartly, the kitchen cooks quickly. Yes, Caesar is 45 GEL, but it's worth it. Khachapuri tode fire. In a nearby restaurant, we waited 15 minutes until the table was cleared, we did not wait, we left, the kitchen was closed in the shell, although the time was not even 21.30. And here they do not even think to curl up, they are glad to have guests, they just fly like a bullet. And the fans are working, a pleasant breeze. The music is not very loud today. In short, 5 stars and a period.

The hotel is not bad, there is a heated swimming pool, guarded Parking, first line, access to the sea. But! When booking at the booking office, you can choose a room with a sea view or a mountain view. I chose a mountain view, but I did not expect that there would be a busy highway between the hotel and the mountains, along which trucks drive all night. I asked to change the room for an additional fee, they refused, although the hotel was not loaded, there were practically no people. The room was not cleaned, there were no slippers. Management has a lot to work on.

Great! Not cheap by local standards, but our family was very pleased! Especially the children screamed from the large and warm pool! But it was very lacking in devices with a kitchen of a simple device called a microwave) that would be it - and just chic! I hope the management will hear us! We will be happy to stop by again on our next trip to Georgia

A very good hotel, which we can safely recommend to friends and acquaintances. Excellent service, cozy rooms, wonderful large swimming pool. The hotel is located almost on the beach, 50 steps from the sea. A popular restaurant with delicious food. The prices are quite reasonable.

But the prices at the guard restaurant are so expensive! ((( Just inadequately high prices. Caesar salad costs 45 lari - so in restaurants in any big city there is a hot dish. And here - 45 lari for foliage 🙈

The coast of Sunny Georgia! Ureki is magnetic sands and needles, it's super, but in fact a village with stalls "everything for the beach". Kabuleti is a very nice town, very elongated along the coastline, also the cleanest sea with a minimum center in the form of a market and with a minimum promenade sufficient for a vacation for a couple of weeks! It's a nice town. To Batumi in summer, traffic jams are 1 hour or more, if in September it takes 35-40 minutes. Kvariati is a suburb of noisy and, as I think, not very clean Batumi, 15-25 minutes, with a clear sea, this is confirmed by dolphins that regularly barrage a flock along the coast. And of course the pearl (so far) is the Neptune Hotel. Nearby in Gonio is a construction site with huge complexes that will compete with this hotel. So far, the Neptune Hotel has no competitors on the Kvariati coast!!!

The hotel is super! I recommend it! View of the pool and the sea (the lower floors may be blocked by standing buildings) or to the mountains. It's good everywhere. There is a cafe nearby. But the rooms have their own mini kitchen and everything necessary for cooking. There is a bus stop nearby.

We stayed at this hotel twice (new building). Simply the best hotel on the coast in Kvariati. Friendly staff at the reception and in the restaurant, the apartment is clean, new, well renovated. The pool is warm, cleaned every day. The only thing I would like to wish is to get equipment for children, such as cots and high chairs, then competitors will not keep up at all :)

Жаль нет отдельной локации для ресторана при отеле. Ели там раза 3, из 3х раз вкус блюд 50 на 50, отвратительно и вкусно. Холодный цех изумительно готовит салаты: баклажанный, цезарь, овощной с орехами-вкусно. Шашлыки и кебаб отвратительные, мясо отвратительно сухое, еле разжевала. Хачапури лодочка ужаснее не ела, сыр приторно кисло соленый, тесто еле разжевали. Администратор никак не отреагировал на комментарий, что хачапури есть невозможно из за кислоты. В третий раз ушли голодные.

And, well, the prices are simply prohibitively high.
The cuisine is much better in taste and class in Batumi is twice as cheap.

The hotel is a 30-minute drive from Batumi. Apartment-type rooms, there is a kitchen with a stove, refrigerator, kettle and dishes.
It should be borne in mind, if you come out of season, that the cafe-restaurant does not work, but if you buy food, then there is where to cook; the pool does not work either. But the beach is empty and the hotel is quiet.
Of the nuances that are not critical: there are no bedside lamps (only the overhead light, and it is quite dim), few hooks in the bathtub and none at all in the hallway (only cupboards in the rooms), nothing to wash the dishes with.
It is better to take a room with a sea view, as there is a busy highway on the other side.

The location is excellent, the beauty, the sea is clean, the air is clean, the mountains are nearby. The hotel is good, we had a room with a view of the mountains and the sea, the view alone was worth it. Food: own restaurant, the food is delicious, the price is average.

the location of the hotel is wonderful..but the staff doesn't keep good track of the rooms...we have repeatedly addressed the problem -the request was not heard..
parking is also a problem in the season ...

One of the most decent hotels in Gonio.
On the plus side: there is a swimming pool, which greatly saves on those days when the sea is dirty or when there are a lot of jellyfish (that is, about 8 days out of 10), the rooms are cozy, similar to a hotel, and not a Soviet boarding house, like most neighbors.
Among the disadvantages: a disgusting breakfast, the products are mostly Turkish (who knows what Turkish sausage is in hotels – will understand what it is about), margarine instead of butter (which, unfortunately, is the norm in Adjara), while in recent years the quality of food in the cafe at the hotel has deteriorated significantly. However, you can always count on neighboring cafes, where it will be cheaper and tastier.
About the beach: there is always a crowd on the beach, sun beds are paid, but it's like this everywhere. In August 2019, there were significantly fewer sellers of inflatable circles, slippers and corn. It's a pity, the corn was delicious.
About the infrastructure: the city is about 20 minutes away by car, there are several small shops and a pharmacy near the hotel, you can buy everything you need.

Money does not need to be paid immediately!!! Cases of a problem do not refund money, there was no hot water in our room, they asked for a refund, they paid 3 days in advance, but they never returned our 940 rubles. Russian Russians and Russian speakers have a terrible attitude, a guard came with a knife on his belt to tell us that don't wait for money, I don't advise anyone 👎👎👎👎

Generally a great hotel, but not without drawbacks. I liked the location, the breakfasts and the condition of the rooms.
the minus is only the hotel manager, who does nothing and does not respond to requests / wishes at all!
(says yes, OK, but nothing happens-this was the case with a faulty light bulb, a kettle for baby formula, an iron)
the service at the restaurant by the beach is not perfect yet, the question is both long waiting and in relation to-we were with a child and were surprised, not to us, not to the child, there was not a single smile from the staff-wild for Georgia!)

The rooms are of average quality, the food in the restaurant is delicious. A significant drawback is paid umbrellas and deck chairs. It's strange when you paid $100 for a room and they still want to charge you $20 on the beach.
