We ordered rolls and were very satisfied! The order arrived quickly, and all the rolls were fresh and delicious. The packaging is neat, nothing got wet. I was pleasantly surprised by the variety of the menu and the quality of the ingredients. Now we will order only here!

Sushi is delicious. But the service leaves much to be desired. It's just not realistic to get through and find out why there is no delivery. Either they don't pick up the phone or they drop it. No one calls and warns that the delivery is delayed by more than an hour. Initially, they warned that the delivery interval was 1.5 hours from 18.30 to 20.00. There was no delivery at 20.45. If you get through to 7459, I couldn't get an answer about the order and when the delivery would be. They promised to sort it out and call me back. No one called back. I tried to call again, but no one answered. The sushi arrived only at 21.00. Is it really impossible to warn that the delivery is delayed? No respect for consumers. We ruined the mood on February 14th because of waiting for an order and worrying about whether the order will be delivered or not!!!
Next time I'll think about whether it's worth ordering sushi from you!

For the first time, my friends and I ordered a sushi set. In 2057, the order time was said to be 1h20 waiting time. It took 1 hour and 20 minutes to call the administrator. The receptionist called the delivery guy and said there would be sushi in about half an hour. It took half an hour without a call or a delivery guy. We call the administrator again, saying that the deliveryman has not arrived. She dialed him again and said that he would be at your place in 16 minutes, that other people had detained him...But I'm sorry, I haven't waited that long yet. After about 15_20 minutes, the deliveryman arrives. The rice is overcooked. The rolls do not keep their shape and, when trying to capture them, fall apart. The rolls themselves are glued together and it is impossible to disconnect them so as not to lose their shape. There is also a huge amount of wasabi in the roll. If there were less of it, it would be appropriate. The "pieces" of the roll themselves are different in shape and filling from each other.

We ordered sets three times, and all three times we were underweight. The last time (11/20/2024 we placed an order), the set came weighing 995 grams WITH PACKAGING, whereas the declared weight of the set was 1150 grams.
I think we will not order more from them, since sushi is delicious in many places, but it is much more pleasant to receive in full what you pay for, it is about respect for customers.

The disgusting experience of delivering these rolls
A couple of months ago, we ordered a set from them - we found a long hair in sushi, called the operator - they did not believe us, although evidence was provided, they waved us off and gave a discount on the next delivery.
As trusting people, after some time we decided to order from them again and the second time there was already a tuft of hair in the rolls, it was disgusting.
It took them several days to review our complaint, as they clarified everything with the manager (they had to constantly write and ask in a telegram).
As a result, they gave us a discount again, as long as we didn't touch them, although in fact we had to throw out the whole set and there is definitely no desire to order anything there.
I do not recommend these sushi from the sanitary and epidemiological side, and only then from the point of view of the attitude towards customers.

In all civilized establishments, the menu either says that they are not included in the order and must be ordered separately or they are neatly already in the package with the order. I had to go after them separately. OK, I bought the sauce, wasabi, ginger. I came home and already wanted to start dinner.... as it turned out, they didn't put any CHOPSTICKS or NAPKINS. There is NO COMPLETE customer orientation and order configuration. I do not recommend it
