A wonderful hotel! This hotel was considered as an additional alternative! It happens that there are no seats at all, especially when some events are taking place! It's clean and cozy, the furniture is all new, and I think the hotel is 2022-2023. The only thing I didn't like was the breakfast! Don't work too hard with breakfast and it won't be a hotel, but a fairy tale!
I recommend it! The location is great! The sauna is just a bomb!

If you come to an event in Baryr or Astana Arena, this is the ideal place to stay. Nice room, soft bed, attractive interior and very friendly staff. There is also a good-level gym with plenty of exercise equipment and a spa. The main disadvantage of this hotel is breakfast, cold, tasteless eggs, stale bread, and old sausage. But it doesn't matter, I advise you just not to take breakfast and eat outside the hotel.

A cozy hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. The room has everything you need: slippers, bathrobe, soap, shampoo, shower gel, toothbrush with paste, cotton buds and discs. Bottled water is replenished daily. A safe and refrigerator are also available. Excellent breakfasts in the Turkish cuisine restaurant on the ground floor of the hotel. I recommend you to visit. We will definitely return to this hotel again, thanks for the hospitality!!!

The hotel is comfortable, quiet, with good sound insulation and courteous staff. Huge soft bed.cleaning for 5.We liked everything very much.Special thanks to the restaurant on the ground floor, the price includes a buffet breakfast, but on the first day we did not have time for it and took breakfast for two on the menu and ate it for 2 days🤦♀️😂The portion sizes are very large and everything is delicious from breakfast to dinner🙌excellent serving 👌

I stayed at this hotel in January 2025 , I arrived with a small child and a huge suitcase , no one even helped to drag this suitcase at the reception , I dragged both the child and the suitcase on myself , the rooms are hot , there is no ventilation , the audibility is such that on the one hand the neighbors were watching TV half the night , on the other they were having fun . The water pressure is weak , I barely washed under a trickle of water , but I don 't say anything about the kitchen in the restaurant . I didn't think cooking could be so tasteless . One plus, a small playroom ( also in the top three ) but it brightened up the child 's waiting time for food .

Great hotel. The room is spacious and clean. The bed linen is fresh and snow-white. The bathroom is clean, there is everything you need. The bathrobes are fresh, the slippers were changed every day. The cleaning is good. The breakfast is varied and delicious. The staff is polite and friendly. Nearby there is a supermarket, pharmacy, etc. The center is about twenty minutes on foot.

I visited Astana for the first time, celebrated the New Year at the Neos hotel. One of the best hotels I've been to) The staff deserves special thanks, all the people are very nice, I was at home I also really liked my room, I chose Deluxe, spacious, beautiful, stylish interior, very clean. There were 3 nights. The hotel is pleasant, everything is fresh, clean, new. Cleaning every day. There was such a nuance, I left a tip on the bed, but the staff did not take it, apparently it was not supposed to)). The breakfasts are delicious. The girls at the reception are responsive. There was such a moment, neighbors behaved very noisily for 2 nights, drank alcohol, another neighbor snored behind the wall as if he was next to me, but this is no longer a claim to the hotel, but to the lack of culture among people. I suggest that the hotel establish a ban on drinking strong alcohol and warn guests that silence is recommended after 23:00. Otherwise, I recommend the hotel. Compared to the same Hampton (Hilton), Neos is much nicer. By the way, great WiFi, you can safely watch YouTube on their good TV, without freezes, etc.

We stayed for 2 nights. I liked the hotel very much! Clean, the linen is crisp, everything you need is there (toiletries, bathrobes, slippers, tea, sugar, water, mini bar, etc.). There is a restaurant on the ground floor (halal, without alcohol). Breakfast is included, which is very convenient. I won't say that they are diverse, but you won't stay hungry.
We had a great need for a safe, but we could not use it, because it is not bolted to the shelf and has a small size, so to speak, take it and go). I hope the management will take this into account.
I recommend this hotel and if we come to Astana again, we will definitely return!

A very beautiful hotel, the rooms are well cleaned, but sometimes too carefully - they threw away my personal toothbrush, brought with them.
The first time in the shower there was a flood (water flowed into the room on the carpet), miraculously managed not to fly headfirst into the sink, despite the fact that there was a towel at the entrance from the shower. The master repaired the door in the shower and fixed the problem, but judging by the rotten door slopes, the problem had been there for a long time, but for some reason it was not fixed.
The most significant disadvantage of the room is that the ventilation is very noisy and the walls are shaking, it is impossible to sleep from such vibration, it is also uncomfortable to be in the room. When you turn on the ambient light (backlight), for some reason, the faulty ventilation turns on. After several complaints at the reception and complaints through the travel agency, they offered to change the room, but in the second room the situation with ventilation was not much better. They promised to pick up a quieter room, but in the end they offered to move with an additional payment to a room of a higher category. I.e., for all the inconveniences caused by the hotel, I also had to pay 🤡
After that, take the suitcase in your hands and run to another hotel)
Regarding breakfast, the choice is not bad, but only in the first 1-1.5 hours, if you come later, then only half of the dishes + the stale porridge will remain, for some reason they do not replenish the tables.

The hotel is new and comfortable. The food in the restaurant is delicious, and what are the costumes for the photo sessions of the guests mmmm..... The receptionists at the reception are the best, ready to make your stay as comfortable as possible. We lived in rooms 209 and 312, daily cleaning. We were very satisfied. Thank you all very much.

My room was spacious 317 - type priviligered, and the view from the window to the gas station. There is a TV in the room, but there is no TV in it, only the Internet and YouTube! The water in the shower went bad and flowed out of the shower stall!
