But there was a terrible situation with a child in the area with balls, which you need to climb into (like Zorbing). An 8-year-old child turned over and got tangled in the hinges during the game and could not get out, he was pinched, and he screamed "help." Unfortunately, none of the administrators came up, although there were three of them in the hall. Either they didn't hear, or they didn't react. Our child's mother, who was outside the ball at the moment, ran up. She tried to untangle the child, but she couldn't. I had to react myself. Jump out of the balloon abruptly. I hit my back hard and took my breath away (I realized this later). He ran up to free the child. As a result, the child has a sore neck. We're going for an MRI scan tomorrow. It turned out that there were children's balloons, but they "forgot" to tell about it. In addition, I believe that for such an extreme zone, there should be a permanent administrator to look after. We wrote to the complaint book and contacted the head of the branch. Of course, we were given a certificate, the money was returned, we were treated to coffee and apologized. But the possible consequences in this area can be disastrous without proper changes to the rules of its use. It is not clear what will happen to the neck as a result, whether there will be more injuries than bruises and consequences. As much as I would hate to write such a review, it's really important. We hope for a reaction from the management in this branch. Take care of your children. And keep an eye on them in dangerous areas regardless of the rest.
