We were passing through, stopped by for lunch. There is a children's playground in this institution. At the time of the visit, the children's playground was completely empty. They asked about the price, they said 10 rubles for one child per hour. They asked to let 2 children in for 10 rubles, but for 30 minutes during the cooking time. They were refused. To resolve the issue, they asked to call the director or the administrator, to which they received the answer that she had left. They asked to call her, to which they replied that they would not call her.
In the "Year of Quality", I would recommend being more focused towards customers - especially considering that the institution is empty (idle), and the kindergarten is completely empty.
Based on this, we decided to just have a snack, and make the main lunch in Polotsk. And let's be honest, the dishes are cooked mediocre...

I come here often, almost every week at events. The overall atmosphere is not bad, but... The tables are already pretty tired (they wobble even with incomprehensible pieces of paper and cartons attached), the service is mediocre. You order one, they bring another, or they don't bring it at all, but only after another reminder. You will learn about whether the bar is open today and what you can really order from the waiters with sad eyes. The prices are democratic. When ordering cocktails on weekends (when discos are held), be prepared for the fact that the cost of the same "whiskey-cola" will increase with each subsequent order, provided that the bottle is taken the same. A good place for corporate parties, as well as for a snack at lunchtime.

the place is interesting, judging by the reviews and the number of visitors (at lunchtime) is in demand, but perhaps only the lunch menu. we ordered a rustic pizza. the dough is pita bread. the filling is absolutely not baked, it falls off the pita bread, it is impossible to take a piece, all the contents fall off. salami is also not baked, ordinary store-bought, they did not even bother to remove the shell from the pieces. the pizza contains champignons - in fact, there were pickled honey mushrooms. the filling is scattered unevenly. Pizza doesn't cost 22 rubles. We were satisfied only with the punch. everything is sad with the service too. to accept an order, they ran after the waiter themselves, they also took the menu themselves from the bar counter. darkness.

The place is interesting. I liked the interior. It's probably more interesting there in the evening than having lunch in the afternoon. We ordered pizza, but then we regretted it very much - the pizza was for nothing. It feels like it's undercooked, the dough is a little damp, and the filling of frozen vegetables on the pizza has just managed to defrost, not to mention bake. In general, we barely finished eating. Surprisingly, while we were sitting, a lot of people came and took pizzas to take away. So he is popular. Perhaps this is due to the fact that there is simply no other alternative in the city. For me, it's better to make it at home yourself than to eat these undercooked pies. I can't say anything about the rest of the menu, the selection is large, the menu looks appetizing. The service was so-so, we waited a long time, and sometimes we even had to attract attention to ourselves in order to at least get a bill. It is quite possible that lunch time is not their format, and in the evening things are much better with the service. At least I want to believe it. The last straw was a bottle of Chardonnay included in the bill, although we didn't drink anything stronger than apple juice. So be on your guard, you can overpay for someone's inattention.

Excellent cafe, the quality and variety of products are the best in Glubokoe. There are set meals, good service and stylish design inside. Among the wishes: it would be nice to add romantic music at the entrance, come up with a show program with performances by pop stars, put a uniformed footman at the entrance and an administrator to immediately meet inside and escort to a table. I would also add aquarium fish on every corner, and I would also put showers in the bathrooms so that there would be all the amenities. A separate table for VIP guests with a bed. It wouldn't hurt to have an ATM or at least an exchange office.
