I wrote about the availability of goods, they said there is, it turns out there is no one, I just drove through the whole city in vain. This is before buying a monitor, I ordered a monitor in the 5th element, the monitor arrived and on the second day the matrix was detached from the monitor, they sent it to the service, it turned out to be a neolink service, the first time they said that there was no marriage, but it is (photo) checked in place in the 5th element, they also said that there was and wrote before sending, I called neolink and I sent the photo with the marriage, they said they would look carefully, but again the neolink says that there is no marriage, bypass this office and I will deal with the monitor in a different way! Ps. They sent the monitor back, glued the matrix to the frame, but they said nothing, and said "take a video with the problem and send it to us, we will make a marriage conclusion, there is no point in deceiving you" quote from a telephone conversation, so think 1000 times to contact or not, the supplier of the brand "Evolution" for a note.

I applied under warranty, sent 2 times to the service center (to the suppliers of "neolink") the first time the problem was not found, I came back with the same defect, without departing from the acceptance, I checked with an employee of the store and he confirmed the defect and indicated on the sheet that he sent the second time with the monitor to the service center (neolink), then I personally called them and persistently asked them to pay attention to this problem and give a marriage certificate, but they said the monitor was sent back to the store as you pick it up, take a video of the problem along with the serial number of the monitor and send it to us (quote "it makes no sense for us to deceive you") (well, well) the monitor comes back and voila they took it and sealed it with glue. there is no claim to the store only to the service center and do not take this brand at all, I think this applies to all Evolution devices. 0 stars !!!!!
Disgusting warranty service. The company is not aimed at normal work with citizens of the Republic of Belarus, but at how to deceive them. Once we used a grass trimmer, we mowed it carefully. It didn't start the second time. They took me to the service. It turned out that it does not fall under the warranty. The trimmer is expensive. I think that the Mainland with which Neolink cooperates, and in which sellers offer this trimmer as the best and most reliable, are clearly working only to fool the buyer.
