- Long processing of SWIFT (compared to other banks).
- Not a convenient work schedule.
- It is not clear why they raised up to 2% for transfers in foreign currency (the level of work remained at the same low quality).
- There is 1 cash register.
I decided to switch to another bank and did not regret it! I'd rather overpay for service and speed than tolerate such an inconvenient schedule and other inconveniences.
The name was changed, but the service was terrible, and it remained.
