I didn't find any advantages of being a bank customer for myself:
1) The application is raw. There are a lot of unnecessary movements and the main disadvantage for me is that there is no function of transferring money to another bank's card. Only through the website, which is extremely inconvenient.
2) Replenishment of the card. Weekend. There was a need to replenish the card. There is a BTA ATM in the Korona shopping center, through which you can make cash payments. I think, here, I'll put it down and everything will be on fire. However, the ATM does not have a cash replenishment function, as, for example, in Belinvest ATMs. Somehow, I went through the erip by replenishing the account, but the money did not come for the whole day. I feel that they will come only on a working day....
3) The department's work schedule is such that you cannot get into it either after work or on a day off. There is no such problem in other banks ...
4) There are only 2 ATMs for the whole city.
