terrible treatment of the administration and absolutely disrespectful to customers. I don't advise anyone, because we agreed on a certain time and day, and without agreeing with us the day before, they wrote to us in a very rude way that there would be more people in the studio. we will never go there again, and we advise you to look for another photo studio. The girl with the hijab was very rude and hysterical. I hope you will take action.

I don't recommend NEO art studio to anyone, the administration is very rude and doesn't know how to talk at all!!!! I appeal to the management of the institution to teach the staff how to receive clients and see them off!!!!!
