I liked the location (close to the beach, cafes, bars, a stop for boarding a tuk-tuk to travel to different areas of Pattaya). The hotel has rooms without balconies, cleaning every day, the staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast and pool at a nearby hotel.

A very non-flashy neat classic three. The staff is unobtrusive, but friendly and helpful. Entrance from the courtyard, 200 m to the beach, 10 m to the exchanger, 5 m to the food, the central street of this neighborhood. Everything is nearby, what is needed, what is not - a bike taxi from another corner, fast and cheap. I liked everything. Recommend. Of course, not for those who did not come to Pataya, but to live in a hotel.

I didn't like this hotel.
I asked to show a few available rooms, but mostly the rooms in the hotel want to be better, apparently repairs have not been done in this hotel for many years.
There was no kettle in the room. The air conditioner worked very poorly, it had a strong unpleasant smell and noise.
At the reception, the hotel staff promised to solve the issue: bring a kettle to the room and fix problems in the air conditioner.
The application was not executed and nothing was done.
In the evening, the room is dark, some kind of complete darkness, since there is no light, you can only turn on a small lamp near the bed.
There are many disadvantages, mostly not clean rooms, some strange yellow insects crawl in the room, frequent interruptions of hot water, specific odors.
Cleaners sometimes do not change the water and bed linen, only when they are reminded.
The room has not been cleaned for a long time, and it's time to make repairs in the hotel itself.

It was not the first time I stayed at this hotel, I want to note that the hotel has not changed at all, there have been no changes or renovations for the better for a long time, even with the arrival of the new owners of this hotel.
I looked at room 518, where I stayed earlier and again I see torn wallpaper right above the bed, as well as other places, there are significant disadvantages: dust, lack of a balcony, hot water interruptions, especially in the late afternoon, noisy and old air conditioners, rooms are not very pleasant and comfortable.
It seems that the hotel does not value its reputation. Saves on everything, even tea and coffee have never been in the room, as well as all sorts of small things from toiletries. It seems like some kind of trifle, but an unpleasant feeling remains.
The only plus is the location of the hotel.
In general, this hotel is suitable for unassuming travelers, for one or two nights.
They are not willing to meet the guests of this hotel, and the possibility of getting an upgrade is not considered. 😂😂😂

There were no cockroaches, there were spiders. Constant interruptions of cold water, just constant. You have 20 seconds of hot water, then 30 seconds of cold water, then again, and you need to have time to wash. Breakfasts are very meager and very early and outdoors, where flies and other evil spirits fly and all this settles on the food, it is also very hot there. I stayed in this hotel , a budget three will do for an overnight stay . Among the advantages, as for me, a good location, not far from the sea is Dongtan beach. Cons there is no hot water in the shower, summer water is running .During my stay in the hotel, this issue has not been resolved. It can be recommended as the price is inexpensive .

Compared to other nearby hotels, this is the worst hotel that I have seen in Jomtien, the hotel does not even pull 1 star! I looked at the rooms on the 4th and 5th floor, mostly shabby rooms in need of urgent repairs, Frequent interruptions of hot water, I witnessed an accident when water flooded the 2nd and 1st floors from the 3rd floor, next to the reception.
The hotel staff, especially the young girls, who are very spoiled by our tourists, promise a lot, but do not fulfill their promises. When I was leaving for one day, I asked to book a room, the young girls promised me that I would come to the hotel and everything would be fine, but it turned out that they didn't care about their promises. I had to spend my precious time and money. And most importantly, the mood and faith in people were spoiled. So, do not believe these smiles of the young staff of the hotel and be careful with the choice of the hotel.
