The hotel is located in the very center, the main tourist sites can be reached on foot. In a quiet place, surrounded by cafes, mini markets are also nearby. Of course, this is the main advantage. The hotel is a solid three, not 4 stars. Therefore, the continental breakfasts are very modest, the rooms are large, clean, but without any chips. For tourist purposes, it can be safely considered taking into account the price-quality ratio.
It is located close to the fortress. Not far from the pedestrian crossing to the embankment. Breakfast is the simplest: scrambled eggs, tea, coffee from a bag. Questions about the service: the appliances for the first breakfast were given with leftovers, that is, they were not even washed, just wiped with a napkin, asked to be replaced, they did not seem to notice this anymore. Similarly with bed linen, the sheets are new, and the duvet cover was changed after someone for two days, the floor was slept with sheets, they were found clean. There is no parking, a rented car was parked in a paid parking lot nearby. But in the evenings there is a collapse in this area, all the nearby streets are in traffic and circling the streets in search of a parking place. We rented a car from this hotel, as we guaranteed assistance in renting, renting, etc., as a result, we even interfered with the delivery of the car. In general, the main advantage is the location, otherwise you can look for a better one.
I liked the hotel, it is very conveniently located, near the old town and a pedestrian area for walking with cafes and shops, close to the embankment, but I would like a more varied breakfast. Baku is a beautiful city with friendly residents. I want to come back here again!
A great hotel, the staff is polite, they will always help. The breakfast is so-so for an amateur, not a buffet. It is located in the very center of Baku. Everything is within walking distance.
Checked in today for 1 night. It's cold in the room. Like I turned on the air conditioner. A snowflake is burning. I called it, switched it to the sun. It's no use. After 5 hours of his work, I called the reception desk to turn it off. Okay, I'll be there. As a result, after 1.5 hours, a repeated call to the reception desk and it turns off without visiting the room. Bullying? Knowing that the system is not working, can you tell about it right away? I don't understand such people.
The staff is very polite. All issues are solved immediately. If necessary, a transfer from the airport to the hotel and back can be arranged.Cabs from the airport are more expensive and the local taxi is not very reliable. So if you want to save your nerves, it is better to arrange a transfer with the hotel. They'll bring you to the door. The hotel is clean and cozy.We asked for an extra blanket and they brought it to us right away. The room has a kettle of tea, coffee, sugar, glasses and 0.5 bottles of water.TV,refrigerator,Internet.Breakfast. All the sights are 5-8 minutes on foot. The embankment is nearby. The hotel is not expensive, so you can close your eyes to some nuances with plumbing.Baku is a wonderful city with very pleasant and good-natured people. Thanks for everything! Peace and prosperity to you! Yashasyn Azerbaijan! ❤
Very good location. The rooms are spacious. At the same time, cleaning, unfortunately, consists only in taking out the garbage and (not every day) changing towels. The breakfasts are quite meager. In addition to tea and something for tea (or coffee), there are only eggs and porridge on the water. Sometimes an omelet. There are no elementary sausages. And besides, in Azerbaijan it would be possible to offer at least a glass of ayran to the guests for breakfast. In general, there is something for hoteliers to work on.
A great hotel for little money. There is everything you need, the location is in the very center, the staff are all polite and friendly. I am very glad that you chose this hotel, thank you!
We booked through Booking for one night with the intention of staying if you like it, but did not like it. The underwear seemed clearly used. Something was buzzing in the room all night. When checking out, they overly persistently asked for a 10 review (the rating, like most hotels in Baku, is clearly incorrect because of this). The breakfast is portioned, you will not stay hungry, but you will not get pleasure either. The coffee is delicious, and the breakfast room (almost a basement) is cold. In general, considering the cost, location, the room itself is a good option if you have clean linen (or you don't care), and something buzzing all night does not bother you. By the way, they were allowed to stay until 16 o'clock, and they will check in earlier for free for sure, if there are available rooms, and in general the staff is friendly and trying.
The hotel is located in the center of the old town, the staff is polite, they met, the suitcases were taken to the room, the advantages end there , the room is large enough , the shower cabin does not work in the bathroom , you stand in the water, then this water flows out to the floor , the door will fasten like an old cart, the neighbors are washing audibly as if they are washing in your bathroom , they asked to make a shower stall, it's useless, it just remains to say thank you for the Reception
Initially, I booked another hotel, much nicer and more beautiful than this one. Unfortunately, we could not be settled there due to the fact that the pipes burst. They promised another one no worse . As a result - here.
We were settled in the most extreme room, which, as we understood, is used by the staff. Dirty , no water , no kettle , refrigerator does not work . No bathroom sets, breakfast for extra money 🫰
In general, the money was taken the same as for the previous hotel. It was late in the evening that I didn't have the strength to look for something else.
The next day I checked the booking options and our room cost 2 times cheaper + breakfast.
This is the only negative that I didn't like in Baku!
Great!!! Russian-speaking staff, polite and responsive.I have new plumbing in my room, good furniture.Any issue can be resolved with the staff.Thank you, I recommend it!

A great hotel. Large cozy rooms, friendly staff. The breakfasts are not very big, but you can eat enough.
It is located very close to the center, and it is convenient.
We had a corner room, it was cool in February.
I was amused that a friend of our companion, who met her at the Baku airport, was not allowed into the room, they were not even allowed to carry a suitcase.
Such are the mores.
The hotel is very conveniently located.
Centre. Almost all the amenities are within walking distance.
The breakfast is above average, the choice of cheeses and everything is fine!
Not a bad hotel with a convenient location in the city center. The rooms, of course, are not perfect, there is something to find fault with, if desired, but for the friendly staff, convenient location and good breakfast, in general, you can rate four.
