I would like to recommend the Nembratur travel agency to everyone and express my gratitude to Natalia and her team for choosing a wonderful tour to the UAE in July 2023. We had a modest budget, but Natalia managed to pick up a great offer at the Al Hamra Residence 5* hotel in Ras al Khaimah resort for 9 nights, flew four with 2 children. We were very satisfied with everything, the hotel is gorgeous and very lucky with the room:we lived in a 2-room apartment with 4 bathrooms, 2 balconies overlooking the Persian Gulf, a living room and a kitchen, like in a castle)). We were well fed in the restaurant and well served, we could swim in 2 pools, used the services of a children's entertainment room, where our girls drew cool patterns and played with them. The beach was very gentle, the entrance was good, the sand was white, they admired and collected shells on the beach, of which there are a lot. We had a wonderful rest, bought a lot, went on an excursion to Dubai, got a lot of impressions. Throughout the rest and upon arrival home, Natalia was interested in our impressions, there was feedback, which indicates high professionalism. We express our great gratitude to Natalia and wish her prosperity, we will contact her agency again in the future!

It's not the first time I use the services of this tour agency! Natalia is very friendly, positive, always in touch! Full support, which is not a little important when traveling with a child! The guys picked up a hotel for us (Palm Beach) Egypt Hurghada, which not only met all our wishes, but also surpassed! For a holiday with a child is a great option! The kitchen is very diverse, shrimps, crabs, etc. Slides for children and adults, a children's room, wonderful animation Irina! Children's disco, daily! Beach, sandy coral is not required, there are always enough sunbeds, drinks are not spared at the bar, excellent massage, there is a yacht from its own pier an excellent option! Also about the check-in (thanks to Nembratur) we immediately checked into the room with a view of the sea from the other side of the mountain, it was very cozy! Wonderful vacation, we were from 05.10.23. to 20.10.23. Thanks again to Nembratur and personally to Natalia and Andrey!

I want to thank Natalia for her help in choosing and arranging a tour to Egypt! We had a rest with a 4-year-old child from October 5 to October 19 at the Palm Beach Resort Hotel. The hotel is beautiful, perfectly matched to our request. The sea is within walking distance; there is a children's room where you can leave your child under supervision; the kitchen is very tasty and varied; friendly staff; high-quality cleaning in the room every day; perhaps there were no disadvantages in the hotel. The Mangrove Hotel turned out to be even more comfortable than we imagined in the Emirate of Ras al Khaimah. Everything was great for a budget vacation. The sea is gorgeous, the beach is beautiful, to which we were taken and taken back at a certain time. The hotel is located in the city center, in the evening you can walk along the embankment. Many thanks to Natalia and Andrey for their help in choosing and arranging a tour to Egypt! We went with the child to Hurghada, the Albatros Aqua Blue hotel, the hotel has a common area with Albatros Aqua Vista and Albatros Aquapark, there is a place to walk, swim, a wonderful children's water park, there is a separate one for older children, and for toddlers. The beach is across the street, we walked, the road to the beach is on the territory of the Beach Albatros Resort hotel, you can see it along the way, there is a separate place on the beach for our hotel, you can use the beach bar. If you don't want to go, there is a bus to the beach.
In difficult times, when flights were canceled one after another, Natalia was in touch 24/7, advised a reliable operator, we were issued a burning tour in the evening on a day off - it's worth a lot. A reliable company, I will contact you myself and recommend it to everyone!

I have been traveling for more than 20 years, I changed travel agencies periodically, the attitude of employees to customers was about the same in all of them. Here a friend says – let's turn here (Nembratur), I flew with them once, and I liked it. It was 2020, a pandemic and all that. And so they sent us well to Egypt (it turned out to be the best combination of price and quality of services for all my trips), although everything was done very quickly, there was only a couple of days before the start of the vacation. We had a great rest. In 2022, we went to them again, to pick up a trip and a hotel for us. We've already had a couple of weeks to choose here. And do you know what is the difference between the employees of Nembratur from the rest? They have a lot of patience (they answer a lot of questions, even those that are not directly related to the tour), for which I thank you very much. They even called the airport to find out how much it costs to leave a car in a paid parking lot. And in general, it is clear that they sincerely try to choose the best possible so that the client is satisfied. And again, both of us were completely satisfied with the trip (it turned out to be Turkey, and an excellent hotel). All wishes were taken into account. Good customers to you!!!
