A great place to relax and improve your health.
The rooms are simple and clean with an optimal set of everything you need (refrigerator, TV). There is a room on the floor with a kettle, an iron, an ironing board, and a large refrigerator (there are few people in the room).
The rooms are cleaned every day.
The food is excellent, I can't even finish eating))) breakfast, lunch, afternoon snack, dinner. There are no complaints about the quality of the food, everything is delicious.
The staff is excellent and friendly. The procedures and their quality are also at a high level. Every day there is some entertainment for children and adults (it won't be boring)
Some excursions are organized every day (pay only)
There is a bar on site with all sorts of goodies)

I arrived at the sanatorium Neman-72 in Grodno in November. The weather was cool, but everything was compensated by the warmth of the sanatorium staff. I am very grateful to them for their excellent work. The service and food are at the highest level. Attentive and highly qualified medical staff, well-established work. In case of questions or organizational difficulties, the medical staff always goes to a meeting. Both doctors and nurses are distinguished by kindness, attentive attitude to patients, and high professionalism. Separately, I want to say a few words about the organizers of leisure. Live music, movies, concerts, disco, hiking to interesting places and sightseeing trips to the city. A very important combination of body and Soul treatment. I am very grateful to all the staff of the sanatorium. The only remark is that they feed too well and too much!)) I would also like to advise you to open a store at the sanatorium selling goods for restoring health. It would be useful not only for us, the guests of your amazing sanatorium, but also for the sanatorium itself. But this is only my wish. With gratitude, Vera A. I.

We had a rest in December 2024. I liked the location of the sanatorium. Pine forest near the city.
The room is a two-room suite. Clear. There was a refrigerator, microwave, kettle.
The switches are very inconveniently located in the room. In order to turn on the lights above the bed, you need to get up and reach them.
It's very cold in the toilet.
A separate topic is food.
It feels like we got into the dining room of the 70s in the USSR. There was practically no declared choice. We arrived on Thursday. There was a special dish. They asked how to order for Friday, and we were told that they order every other day. That's why we ate what we were given on Friday. Everyone eats the same food on Saturday and Sunday. On Monday, we had the opportunity to choose for Tuesday and Wednesday, and left for Cheverg. The food itself is very strange. For one of the dinners, the "roast of poultry meat" represented one (!!!)stewed chicken wing with potatoes.
The service in the dining room is disgusting. Nothing was brought to us for one of the dinners due to the fact that we were not at lunch. No one bothered to see that we had come to dinner. The canteen worker was very busy playing on her phone.
WiFi worked so badly that I had to repair the phone, because it had a wifi update setup connected. And the WiFi was constantly turned off. And as a result, many phone applications flew.
Of course, we will not go to this sanatorium a second time and we will not advise others.
