It's good that we moved the store from another box here.
It would be great if we made an up-to-date website (or a catalog with up-to-date products in the store) and we could buy products to order if something is not available (even for prepayment), because we were at the factory itself once and were impressed by how many really beautiful things they can do there.
BUT the company lacks a good modern marketer and a good selling website.

First of all, I would like to mention the consultants, the girls are pleasant and very helpful with the whiskey kit. All the crystal of the Neman factory in Moscow costs 2 or even 4 times more expensive. I recommend taking a closer look.

Every time I visit Minsk, I go to the Neman "just to see", to get aesthetic pleasure, but every time I go out on bent legs, hung with packages exceeding my own budget))))
In this store, it is impossible to take your eyes off the windows, from the shelves with beautiful crystal products.
I want to buy everything, because crystal is a luxury, it does not go out of fashion, with its exquisite radiance it turns your home into a holiday, and creates a unique atmosphere at the table!
You will find everything in the store for every taste and purse, mugs, glasses, wine glasses, glasses, stacks, lafites and shot glasses, vases and decanters.. from huge and expensive to tiny and, if you're lucky, discounted
I must say right away - they love discounts there and generously share them with the buyer.
Consultants will be happy to show you any thing, tell you what this or that shape is intended for, if suddenly you can't distinguish between a wine glass and a skate.
On my last visit, I bought a set of whiskey glasses, each of which is difficult for me, a woman, to lift with one hand even without whiskey). They are heavy, they delight men)))
And I also collect a collection of amazingly beautiful glasses with a card suit on the leg. They are sold in pairs, so on each visit I buy clubs, spades, diamonds, hearts in turn)). Of these, it's good to drink wine with your beloved friend, clinking glasses with a gentle, incomparable ringing that only real crystal makes!
I found cool glasses and glasses on a beveled bottom, they stand sideways, you can only pour them half). The same damask. Gorgeous vases for fruits and sweets, salad bowls.. I buy as a gift to my friends with pleasure, the benefit is affordable.

And the store is wonderful! All samples of dishes are clearly visible, and there are a huge number of them for all tastes, the staff responds on demand, they serve quickly and efficiently.
I remained very satisfied with both the purchase and the service. Every time I visit Minsk, I go to this store and make purchases. I have already collected a whole collection of crystal tableware. And my friend immediately bought everything that is required for the table setting. That's what a wonderful store it is.

There is quite a large selection. Minsk is probably the largest. All products are made of crystal. There are discounts, although the prices are quite reasonable, considering how much crystal costs in other countries..there are also individual works of great value. The staff is friendly, carefully checks and packs the products when buying. Surprisingly many customers.
