I was one of the first and regular consumers of your products, until recently. I'm tired of tolerating the non-professional attitude of your employees - it feels like every time you come to make a purchase, you distract them from some very important things. And there is no queue. It feels like they're doing me a favor, and they're completely uninterested in their customers. Maybe you don't pay them enough for their work? I don't know. But they clearly don't like what they're doing and aren't interested. I have made purchases repeatedly and at your different points. It 's rare to get a good employee . I went to my competitors, and I don't want to come back. I give 3 stars for the delicious liquid and for the respect for such a long cooperation.

I don't understand where the bad reviews come from. I have been shopping in different Non-smoking stores for 5-6 years now and have always been satisfied with the service. I'll just leave 5 stars⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
