I leave my feedback about the company, as I was extremely disappointed with the service and quality of the car provided. I rented a Gili brand car with an automatic transmission and paid the full amount for a week. Everything went well at first, but the next day the gearbox started working in emergency mode.
I did not remain indifferent to this situation: I promptly called the company and warned about the problem, even shot a video confirming the malfunction. Upon arrival, I was asked to write a refund request to return the car. However, the act of acceptance and transfer indicated that there were no claims to the condition of the property. In a conversation with the company's employees, it turned out that two gearbox replacements had already been connected with the car, which indicates an awareness of possible problems with it.
After returning the car, I continued to correspond with the company. In response to my request for a refund, I was informed that the problem was an "electronic glitch." It's been 10 days since the refund, but none of the company's employees even bothered to call and discuss how I can get my money back.
At the moment, I plan to file an official complaint and possibly go to court, as I feel deceived and ignored. I sincerely do not recommend this company for car rental. It is better to spend time searching for a more reliable and responsible service.

Carriage rental.
I was looking for a full-load carriage rental in Bobruisk. Information about the availability of such a carriage at this office was found on the announcement site. I had a conversation with the operator, where I clarified that the carriage was biaxial, to which I received a positive response. I have provided the documents for drawing up the lease agreement. Advance payment has been made and the date and time of the start of the rental have been agreed.
None of the office representatives were present at the agreed time (the time was set for 10 a.m. on January 18, 2025). A call was made to the "dispatcher". In response, a sleepy voice was heard and the answer was that a man would drive up and provide everything.
After 40 minutes from the moment of the call, a man drives up and gives the documents and indicates the rental item. And the rental item was a tow truck. The question where is the carriage was answered: "I do not know. Deal with the dispatcher." After this event, a call was made to the dispatcher, who said that they had never had such a carriage. To which the link to the ad and a screenshot of the correspondence were sent.
During the debriefing, the office agreed to refund the money.
But because of this event, the plans were radically changed and time was lost.
The money was returned, but after almost 4 weeks (02/11/2025). I am writing a review on the day of the refund.
People, avoid this office. She doesn't fulfill the conditions either and you will waste your time and your plans will be ruined.
