I want to share my negative experience of contacting this company. I rented a Gili brand car with an automatic transmission, paying the entire amount for a week. Unfortunately, the day after I picked up the car, the transmission started working in emergency mode.
I immediately called the company and reported the problem, and even shot a video confirming the malfunction. After returning to the office to return the car, I was asked to write a refund request. However, it was stated in the act of acceptance and transfer that there were no claims to the condition of the property. During a conversation with employees, it became known that the gearbox had already been replaced twice with this car, which suggests that the company was aware of possible problems.
After returning the car, I continued the correspondence and learned from the administrator that the cause of the breakdown was due to an "electronic glitch." It's been 10 days now, but none of the company's representatives have contacted me or asked how I can get my money back. This is, of course, extremely unsatisfactory.
In connection with the above, I'm going to write an official complaint and possibly go to court. I strongly do not recommend this company for car rental. It is better to spend time searching for more reliable and responsible companies.
