Seafood salad: it was brought with burnt eggplant, there was also not enough seafood in the kitchen and they decided to replace one product with another without my consent, as a result of which they were refused the dish.
Pork kebab: 4 pieces of dry meat were brought. And the serving of this dish ... is potato slices , ketchup and cherished vegetables .
I know the level of restaurant service and I can say that this place is not a restaurant, but a snack bar under the sky.

It was the end of summer. We were with a friend. The hall was semi-empty, waiting for the order for about 1.5 hours. At first, no one said anything about it, then they said the wait was 20-40 minutes, then the time increased. Another waitress said that such delays were due to some kind of renovation in the kitchen. I ordered a mojito, it was the least delicious of all that I have tried. A friend ordered a latte, which was also not tasty. According to the food, they ordered Viennese waffles, I ordered chicken, and a friend with a poached egg, as it turned out, there was just a fried egg, not poached in any way. The chicken was dry, burnt, the waffles were too sweet, the waiter said that they make one dough for waffles with sweet and not sweet. Well, to be honest, it was very bad. The bartender was swearing so much that it was already unpleasant. The waitresses were visited by girlfriends with whom they communicated. The menu was torn and dirty. I see negative reviews, but personally, my friends and I liked everything. we took drinks: blue lagoon, mojito, raf, green Mexican, B52. the coffee is simply divine, I have never tasted it anywhere. the rest of the drinks are very beautiful and delicious, some serve very cool. friendly staff, they explain how the call button works. the bartenders are pleasant, always smiling. we liked everything very much, a beautiful place and a delicious menu!
p.s.the only small minus: there is nowhere to smoke. but for many it will be a plus - tobacco smoke does not irritate due to its absence.

As for the kitchen, I don't even want to remember. After such an injury, no psychologist can cope.
They asked to bring drinks and slicing immediately. They brought 2 cocktails and 8 shots after 40 minutes along with the hot one. Attention: the slicing was not served. After about 20 minutes, the long-awaited wine slicing was brought. Logically, cheese and meat are declared on the menu. And in the plate there was only meat and instead of a sandwich, sliced a la hunting sausages. And the cheese, I ask, where are the dorbloux and camembert? They took away and threw the door and the Russian one. A curtain. Well, we refused to pay for it, okay, let's move on.
The hotter is a large set weighing 1850 g, in fact half as much. Well, of course, as you think, they didn't even serve us plates, since they didn't spare the appliances. Cognac was brought just hot, drink from glasses dear guests. The salad was brought at the end of the evening, when it is usually an appetizer and it is served before hot, without any comments at all.

It doesn't even smell like cream. Just pasta boiled in milk. The smell was the same. A friend ordered French fries. They brought 5 grams of potatoes, half a cherry tomato and a torn piece of "mini" salad. To say that we are shocked is not to say anything. If someone cares about their health. The company and I went to this place in a terrible mood (after visiting another institution) and came out with incredible emotions! Pleasant and sociable staff, both waiters and bartender! We found a common language with the waitress right away, but I didn't want to leave the bar at all, the bartender is gorgeous. The dishes were brought quickly, and while we were waiting, the waitress cheered us up. We are not local ourselves, but it was this institution that caught on in Grodno. On Saturday, we decided to come to the cafe with guests from Minsk and did not count the previous reviews on our heads!!!
Since it was lunchtime, the cafe was half empty. The guests (3 people) made an order, half an hour later they brought 2 hot dishes!! 2!!! The third course arrived at the table only 20 minutes later! And the man was sitting and waiting with an empty table. The salad ordered earlier was never brought either before or after the hot one. The button for calling the waiter either did not work, or it was completely ignored. 2 neighboring tables did not wait for the completeness of their orders and those who had them left! We asked us to calculate, and the bill will be brought to us in 45 minutes! The call button, other waiters and a request to the bartender did not help us find our waitress in any way to speed up the calculation process) and only after a long search did the waitress bring the bill in which the ordered salad was!!!! During all this time, no one cleaned the dirty plates at our table, so we managed to prove without a briefcase that the salad never reached us. It was terrible, we lost so much time and proceeded more correctly.

We arrived in Grodno as tourists, first of all we went to eat at the "Sky". The only good thing is the view.

The dishes are about nothing . A dirty knife. Burger +- , but not only that, they didn't give me gloves, okay... But there were not even napkins on the table!!!!

Maybe there were some complaints at the beginning of the establishment, but now I didn't notice anything wrong, on the contrary, the girl and I were delighted.

The coffee and pasta were delicious (although the pasta was cooked for quite a long time, but I won't say that this is a minus. There is a toilet right on the roof, and it works.
In general, everything is fine. The prices bite a little, but that's the vibe of such a place. It would be cheaper there - there would be no end of alcohol companies, and the atmosphere would not be the most pleasant for a family vacation or a romantic date.
The institution is 5 out of 5. I advise you to visit.

(it was Monday and the workload was low) According to the menu: there was no ice for drinks, shrimp, tartare and something else, I don't remember exactly. There were only waffles for "crazy pennies". Firstly, they sat down at the table, it was not cleaned even after the previous guests.
Secondly, when taking the order, the waiter did not warn that they had a long waiting time for dishes from the grill, although the place was half empty. While waiting for our order with an empty table for 30 minutes, we decided to find out what was with our order, only then they deigned to inform us that they were ready from the moment the order was accepted, but to our great surprise it was that the carbonara was served 50-55 minutes after the order was accepted.
Thirdly, the Napoleon dessert was simply disgusting!!! Not only was it oak, it didn't look much like Napoleon, but it also tasted like it was next to a barbecue👎
Fourthly, there is no tuplet of its own and you need to descend into the shopping center itself through the catacombs and return back to the building in the same strange ways.
Fifth, all the dishes ordered by our company did not taste acceptable. Grilled seafood salad is not delicious to the point of horror!!! The vegetables were marinated in spices, as if intended for a barbecue, were salty and burnt. The seafood in the salad was like rubber and to be honest, I was so hungry that I chose three shrimps from the salad, leaving everything else in the salad almost untouched. It started with the fact that they wanted to book a table, but the phone was turned off. "Well," we thought, "let's go in and find out about the available seats upon arrival." The receptionist didn't meet us, he just wasn't there. We stood and waited for them to come up and familiarize us with the available tables, but no one came up. We ourselves had to walk around the tables and look for empty and cleaned ones after the previous guests. We found a table, sat down, and made an order. It's summer, it's hot, and the drinks haven't been brought to us. Or rather, out of 5 ordered, only 2 were brought and half an hour after the order, when the plates were already empty. If you want to go to the bathroom, please go to the first floor. That's just on the ground floor everything works until 20:00, and the "Sky" until 23:00. They left in complete disappointment, it used to be a cool and atmospheric place, but turned into an ordinary eatery and service below the baseboard

We visited the institution "Sky".
We have decided on a choice. The waiters were waiting, but no one came to us. There was a waiter's remote control on the table, they pressed it 10 times, but the waiters completely ignored us. We called a free waiter (there were 3 of them near the bar), but we were told that they would come to us, wait.
After waiting for another 10 minutes, we decided to leave this institution.
If it were possible to put a score of "0", it would be exactly this score.

1. A contingent of people - random onlookers who come to look at the city for 2 rubles will walk around the table on the terrace. There are people sitting at neighboring tables in the tent - three drunk men came to drink 3 beers and leave, loud music and dancing in the center of the hall leave the impression of a tavern with beautiful furniture and a view.
2. Menu - many items are missing. When clarifying the position of the Steak for 30 rubles from the GRILL section, what kind of roast it is, we received the answer "it is cooked in the oven", I will attach a photo of the feed below, it looks awkward and disgusting, lemonade is frozen berries with soda, it seemed that the menu was taken from another institution, but they did not learn how to cook dishes.
3. Service waiters create a kind of work, the futility of the waiter's call button, they pressed it 3 times for a long time, at this time the waiter is talking to a colleague, there is no knowledge of the composition of dishes

The overall impression of the establishment leaves much to be desired
Let's start in order:
Staff. We booked a table in advance, the hostess was absent, the alleged hostess just walked past us talking to someone. The waiters crowded at the bar, not paying attention for 3 minutes. It was unpleasant. They planted the wrong place, according to them, then transplanted the menu for another 10 minutes. The menu says juice in the assortment. At the same time, when they started ordering, the waiter asked what kind of juice we needed, without offering any options (we probably had to guess about the availability ourselves/ or ask)
Atmosphere. The city center and a gorgeous view of the city
Food. 50/50 Took desserts. I liked it, my husband didn't. Also, half of the items on the lemonade menu were missing.
Plus of this place, there is a button to call the staff. But the impression was that the work was not well established.
I would like to add that the institution is 1.5 months old at most, and it looks like a test mode so far, which I would like to hear from the staff. Since this could in many ways smooth out the opinion about the institution. Just hope it gets better over time.

The mood and desire to be in this institution immediately evaporated, like all the ice for making cocktails and limanades.The menu is sparse to choose from 😔 The waiters' service is poor and sloppy, there is no interest in guests, the appearance is arrogant, perhaps inexperienced young employees work. There is no customer orientation, it is very sad that an ordinary eatery is made from such a location. It can be the most popular and attractive place in Grodno, with its unusual and interesting concept and cuisine. The hookah master was pleased with the pleasant service, special thanks for the smoky and well-balanced taste of the hookah, all wishes were taken into account Dear owners, reconsider your views on the concept of the place, the menu and the selection of staff. With this service, I will not recommend it for visiting, only as a viewing platform for 2 rubles
