I applied to a furniture manufacturing company. Everything went well at the first meeting: we discussed the details, and I was promised that they would contact me in a few days to coordinate the cost and clarify further actions. However, contrary to expectations, there was no call or message from the company for a week. I had to take the initiative myself and get in touch. Imagine my surprise when I was faced with a complete lack of interest in my order. I have not heard a clear explanation and possible solution from the specialist. The contrast between this attitude and the abundance of positive reviews is particularly striking. Apparently, I was unlucky to encounter the other side of the company, where the customer is not a priority, but a burden. It is a pity that such a promising company at first glance could not meet even the minimum expectations. I will be looking for more responsible performers.
