The place is very beautiful. The air is great. There is a lot of greenery. The cuisine is delicious, the portions are quite large. Heating was turned on on request, heating is fast. We rested during the period of September 13-15. But there are a few nuances that I didn't like:
1. Sanitary aspects - walls, windows, mirrors in the cottage are dusty, cleaning is incomplete. The bathroom is clearly not treated with sanitary products, as there are stains. And the shower room is laid with a wooden grate, naturally not treated with any chlorine solution at least.
2. The dining areas on the street are completely dark. All the pillows are dusty to the point of horror, tables and appliances are the same.
3. There is no way to boil water in the cottage, I had to constantly run to the restaurant with a thermos, as we were resting with a child and always needed hot drinking water. The restaurant is open until 23:00, respectively, it is not possible to get boiling water at night
4. The only entertainment is the pool.
5. Increased audibility, neighbors and vacationers on the territory can be heard well, sooo good

It's a nice atmospheric place. Convenient location. Excellent mountain view. Wooden houses, a swimming pool, the territory is small, but quite cozy, a lot of greenery, which creates a unique aroma. By the way, they were settled before the due time and this is also a plus. But the advantages end there. It's better to take suites, because if you want privacy, that's the only way. The suites are comfortable, on two floors, with a balcony and a separate gazebo. In general, the room stock is not diverse, the deluxe rooms are divided into four parts, it is very uncomfortable to be in such a place - noisy and talkative neighbors, including with children, will create discomfort. But the biggest disadvantage, for which I take off the star, is the food from the restaurant. Comrades, change the cook! The food is not good at all, over-salted, over-peppered, you order dishes, you will not finish them. Because of this, the cost of the dishes turns out to be overpriced.The staff walks around like zombies - they are not interested in anything. The receptionist does not offer more comfortable rooms, the waiters do not know the range of dishes and cannot offer something delicious, although it is not surprising, because there is simply nothing delicious there.

We visited this recreation area. A beautiful, small, green area. Swimming pool. Clean, cozy rooms. Everything is beautiful. They took me to konatka for free. But, there is one big BUT! This is the staff. Not knowing the menu, not understanding how to work in principle. Coming to breakfast, it is included in the room rate by the way. The fun began, the waiter does not understand what is included in the "free" breakfast. We found out with grief, the second waiter helped. We ordered porridge, fried eggs, and coffee. Everything is simple. 5 minutes passed, the waiter came up, said there would be no coffee and left, offer an alternative? Noooo. I have a lot to do. After some more time, they began to take out the food, we clarify what's with the coffee. They say there will be no cappuccino, Americano with milk will be made. We are still waiting. A couple of people from our company have already eaten porridge, yes, they did not take them out all at once. Although the waiter repeated the order, they still mixed up one porridge, but they did not change it, because they did not want to wait for an unknown amount of time.

As a result, the coffee was taken out when everyone had eaten, they did not wait for milk.
If you decide to order fried eggs with greens for breakfast, know that it will no longer be included in the "free" breakfast, but all because of the dill. Dill is very expensive now. For the concept, these are absolutely authentic fried eggs, but with greens.
The staff has a habit of sitting at the pool bar, guests do not sit at the bar, everything is occupied by the staff. Management advice, make a separate breakfast menu, like a cocktail tab. Well, hire a manager who will teach and deliver the work of the staff.

We had a rest on May 9, 2024. The food is European- I would like it to be local, authentic, the prices are high for lunch, higher than in Tashkent. The territory is small, but there is a lot of greenery. It is convenient that there are various terraces where you can sit, chat, have a snack. There are hammocks on site. There is complete devastation around the village, we were by car, went to eat at Fasil-a chic delicious cafe. We went to the mountains to see all sorts of things, you can't walk)
A small playground. high chairs for children. The linen and towels in the room are good.
A huge disadvantage is that in the room you can hear every rustle from the neighbors above, every step, every word 🤪
Breakfast is included in the price, not a buffet, but on the menu - a hot dish, a drink, and a sandwich set. We had: cheese, butter, jam, sausage, biscuits, bread, coffee and scrambled eggs - everything is delicious!

The restaurant is just cozy, super!

There were minor nuances - meals are not included, except for breakfast. If you order lunch and dinner separately here, it's expensive. It's not very tasty.
The territory is well maintained, but there is not enough space (it is difficult to relax with small children - there are many steps, narrow paths.

The place is very far from civilization. If you want to relax actively, it is better to choose places closer to hodgikent. There is nothing nearby, it is very difficult to get there and return. Taxi drivers from Hodgikent wring prices and do not agree to go at the price of Yandex taxi. The price is too high, the service is weak, the territory is not cleaned, the lighting is weak, a lot of lamps do not work. There is not enough barbecue area for residents. Beautiful and pleasant houses, a suite with two floors. It's warm and cozy. There are not enough shelves in the room for things on the second floor, you have to come up with something or run to the first one. Minus for the New Year's holiday, the "toastmaster" screamed at the top of his voice, the music screamed too. The child was just in shock, didn't eat anything and was very worried, and we were with him. We left early, we didn't feel any celebration. There was no dessert for the New Year and no fruit. For 1.5 liters per person, you could buy.

The service is for 3/5, tables are not cleaned for hours after eating, any order needs to be waited for, and if this is normal with food, then with drinks like instant coffee, it is not convenient. The audibility in the room is strong, I did not sleep all night because of the not too loud conversation of the neighbors. There are no mosquito nets in the room, so be prepared for someone buzzing under your ear all the time. The pool is cloudy, we didn't swim.
