The Turkish cafe chain, so it's not here for Azerbaijani food.
A pleasant receptionist who speaks Russian.
A business lunch for 10 manats, you can't overeat, but it's satisfying enough.
The toilets are cleaner, but there's lime on the taps again)
Coffee is about 6 manat, desserts are 6-10 manat
