The service is as disgusting as possible. I gave 120 dollars, 100 were changed, 20 were returned, they said they were crumpled, although they were quite new from the bank.

Rubles and dollars are freely exchanged for soums, but they are deployed back when leaving without a receipt for the purchase of soums. Naturally, there are no warnings that checks should be kept. At the same time, in banks (in the city), soums are changed into rubles without any questions.

Currency exchange is located in front of passport control. The exchange rate is standard for the Central Bank (as far as I understand, it is fixed for all exchangers in Uzbekistan, so you will not lose anything from the exchange in the airport).
