If there wasn't a TV in the room, I'd give it 5 stars too. I've never turned it on. Upon check-in, a voucher is issued for a week or 10 days for three devices to connect to the Internet. The breakfasts are great. Coffee, tea to choose from. Porridges, sandwiches, cakes, sausages, cheeses.... In general, if there is at least one negative review, it is from an instagrammed chick, who is used to having her eyelids even opened when blinking.

It is well located. Excellent breakfasts. Clean, smoke-free rooms. You can pay with the mir card. The pool is in the yard. The famous center of Pilaf is a 20-minute walk away. I always stay here.

Great hotel!
The breakfast is delicious and varied.
The service is at the highest level, at the reception they waited until we got the money at a good rate, offered another bigger room with a good discount, the bar is super, the prices are affordable.

Guys! This is a great hotel! It's not a bit worse than the Hilton. I've been there more than once. Great food! The breakfasts are awesome!!!! In Denmark, Austria, England, Germany, and hotels with equivalent stars are much worse. A large selection of dishes, fruits, desserts. The Uzbeks are doing well. Any question at the reception on your part just causes an "explosion":-) until your question is resolved. The staff is very polite. Everyone speaks Russian! No need to break the language by using English or German. Although our company speaks these languages. And it's nice! Very clean! Cleaning every day! Water, drinks, shampoos, etc. every day. It's free. In the heat, it is relevant (water). The location is very good. The center is practically there. If you go somewhere, then a taxi is about 100 rubles. Car rental is simply not needed! Nice pool! It doesn't smell like bleach. There is enough space to swim. There is a small one for children. Sun beds, tables, umbrellas from the sun. As soon as we went out to the pool, a woman immediately came and brought towels for the sunbeds. Then she picked it up after we left. Sauna, shower, toilet right there, nearby. I liked everything!!!

Nice hotel near the center of Tashkent. The location is a little deep in the courtyards, protects from street noise. Clean cozy rooms, though frankly there is not enough sound insulation. Good breakfasts.

An amazing place! A small hotel located in the very center close to all the attractions. At the same time, it is located in a quiet alley, so it is very quiet and peaceful. Comfortable rooms, everything is clean, comfortable, there is everything you need, and even drinks from the hotel, which was very timely from the road. The food is just 10 points out of 10! The breakfasts are awesome, better than in European hotels, the food on the menu is also beyond praise! The staff is sooo friendly and helpful. When we come here again, I will definitely stay here!

Excellent hotel, conveniently located, very polite staff, cleanliness in the room is maintained every day, the level of service is several times higher than 3*. The only thing is that the hotel bar has very expensive snacks, it would be good if there was an option of a smaller portion for a more affordable price, otherwise it turns out that with a small cost of a bottle of beer you need to pay almost 1000 rubles for a plate with snacks from nuts. There is a small gym, if a bench press, a barbell and a small set of discs were added there, it would be super.

In this hotel, there is a minus for every plus:
1. Clean and comfortable bed. But there was someone else's curly hair on the foot towel in the bathroom.
2. Breakfast starts very early and it is very convenient. But breakfast is cold, even if you arrive at 7.30 a.m.
3. I was on March 15th, it was very cold in the breakfast room. The manager of the hall said that the reason was that the window was open, and kindly closed it. It didn't get any warmer, but it stopped blowing.
4. The staff is polite, ready to help with all questions, despite the high workload. They helped to call a taxi.
5. In a small restaurant on the ground floor they make their own specialty tea, where you can relax during the daytime when there are few visitors.
Cleanliness and quality breakfasts are very important to me. Therefore, I am unlikely to stop there again.
The quality of the services did not match the price at the moment.

I was in a single room, a small and cozy room. On the other hand, you can't dance in it, you come to the room just to spend the night. And it's so clean and warm. I wonder if air conditioners cope with maintaining a comfortable temperature in the summer? The location of the place for outerwear is unusual or strange - in the headboard above the bed. It is not very convenient to use.
The breakfasts are delicious and varied.
There is a billiards table and a sauna. We checked in at billiards (American, by the way, use is free), but we didn't have time to try out the sauna.

Firstly, a good location is within walking distance of the Uzexpocenter, a TV tower and a metro station, 7-10 minutes by taxi to the very center. On the 6th floor there is a small terrace with a view of the TV tower. The staff is attentive and polite. It's a quiet place, but the restaurants are not in this part of the city.
