A great budget hotel for Ty. The room has everything you need and even more) - a beach bag with a mat and towels, slippers, a fumigator, a shower and a bathroom, a comfortable bed. Every day there are two bottles of water in the glass. The hotel is conveniently located - near semerochka, boat station, night market. At the same time, the room is quiet - you can only hear the murmur of water in the pool or the conversation of neighbors on the balcony. The staff is very pleasant and friendly. I boldly recommend it

We lived with my wife on the 2nd floor (2006). We liked the room. There is plenty of room for two, a spacious balcony with a table and armchairs. I was pleased with the excellent sound insulation. The bed is moderately hard for a good sleep and.. A very good breakfast, you can not worry about your stomach until dinner. The food is varied, there are fruits, vegetables, various drinks, etc. The staff is polite and friendly, cleaning is daily. There are three sets of towels daily, including beach towels, as well as the presence of a beach bag with a mat. I almost forgot, the pool on the ground floor is chlorine-free, about 50 m long. just to swim with a load, the water is moderately cool. On the 4th floor, the pool is smaller, the chlorine was slightly felt, you can take a piss after dinner and an evening walk. I want to put 5 stars, but the shower worked inadequately in the bathroom, it was not possible to adjust the degree of water heating.

Good location, the room is in good condition. The room has its own access to the pool. The breakfasts at the nearby hotel are normal. The price-quality is fully consistent.I recommend.
