We always eat at the Navat near the Esentai Mall, we were in the area and decided to eat at this Navat. And such a disappointment..... everything is terrible from the service to the food, and if you can close your eyes to the service, then the food is generally a nightmare...... the Kazakh meat is generally tasteless broth, and I couldn't even take a bite of the meat itself, it's rubber, the baursaks that Navat Yesentai gives to every guest as a compliment, you buy it here, okay! But it's not possible to eat them either!!! They don't smell like fresh butter, and they're also tough and not tasty.... I was very disappointed and surprised how there could be such a different atmosphere in one network!!! If Navat, then only on Esentai! Don't set foot here anymore........

I liked it, it was clean, the service was excellent and fast. There were a lot of people, but the waiters handled it, we didn't have to wait, the food was served faster than we expected. The food was delicious, however, as always, the appliances were clean. Thanks to all the staff for the time they took.

The service is good, the facilities are cozy,
But the dishes are not delicious !!!
I advise the managers to change the cook!
And they ate in other establishments of Navat too.
The same thing!
It is better and delicious to cook in ordinary Lagmankhans than here
