A beautiful place with a panorama of the Left Bank (Asia Park) is made in Oriental style. Until 17:00, all visitors are given a compliment in the form of baursaks and a fur coat. A lot of foreigners. A quiet place for family leisure and other meetings. A big plus is the namaz of Khan. Great cuisine! But sometimes they can overdo it… Otherwise, everything is super! We have been here twice in three days in Astana! Delicious, sincere, cozy! The atmosphere of a family holiday. The service is high-quality and fast, despite the full landing. I liked the food and the service. The waiter brings everything quickly. Compliments were brought by local buns (baursak) and something like ayran (I didn't remember the local name). We were in Astana for only a day. We were advised to visit this institution. We were delighted. The food is very tasty. We ordered beshbarmak with beef, manti, baursaks were brought warm and delicious as a compliment, and something like ayran was also served. And very tasty tea was taken on the advice of the waiter, unfortunately, I did not remember the name. The staff is very polite and friendly. The waiting time is not long. They gave away about 20,000 tenge. I recommend visiting the NAVAT teahouse. Such an atmospheric place. I forgot to mention the awesome view from the window.

We were with my wife 2 times.
For the first time, they refused to sit by the window, referring to the reservation (3 tables by the window were empty, only 2 had plates with armor). When we were about to leave the restaurant, which was 20% full, for another place, they decided to put us at a table by the window.
Today we are in a period when all Muslims go to eat. There were no free tables, visually, which was confirmed by the hostess of the restaurant. We decided to take it on our own, and have dinner at home. While they were choosing from the menu, a new couple entered the restaurant, asked about the availability of tables and they were seated at the table.
They cook delicious, the attitude towards customers (maybe Russian) is extremely negative, in terms of price-taste-service ratio 1.5 points out of 5. Rounded down. We will not come to this particular institution anymore. Maybe we'll visit other establishments of the chain.
