We came with our family for breakfast at 11:30, the waiter did not come for more than 10 minutes, then we had to look for the staff ourselves to accept the order.

We were asked to serve hot cheesecakes and cappuccino together for breakfast, but only cheesecakes were brought, cappuccino was waited for 10 minutes, the cheesecakes cooled down accordingly....
We did not receive the baklava and kunafe desserts ordered by us, since they are prepared in another restaurant and have not yet been brought at 12:30 .....
The matter ended with an invoice after payment of which a kettle of tea was duplicated, instead of one we paid for 2.

We came at lunchtime with our family, there were a lot of empty tables. I liked the interior, the service, and of course, the menu! Everything was very tasty! Fried dumplings with cheese sauce were taken from the children's menu - they just melt in your mouth! Salad with grilled cheese and mixed vegetables is just a fairy tale! We also ordered lagman, I also liked it. In general, we were very satisfied . The portions are large , they didn 't eat everything, they took it with them . We read reviews earlier, there were different reviews at different addresses, somewhere worse, somewhere better, but we really liked this place.

The kitchen is very weak, tomatoes with assholes are served. I think everyone will not like it. I didn't even eat the salad, they just took it away. They didn't remove it from the account. I think you need to get management training. After that, another manager came up. He knows the manager's job better and immediately apologized. He said they would have a conversation with the staff.
