The salad was brought next. Light salad, cabbage, corn, Raisins. Not bad.
Then they brought guira laghman for me. (I must say right away the waiter did not ask how to bring the dishes, when ready or the first number).
I didn't touch the lagman, I was waiting for a homemade lagman for a friend to be brought, because I didn't want to see him looking at me with hungry eyes as I ate.
It took about 25-30 minutes.
The waiter noticed that I was waiting for a dish to be brought for a friend, he offered to take my guira, warm it up and bring it all together. This is a plus. The waiter is great in this regard.
Here we were delighted and waited.

I invited the receptionist's girlfriend, as I understood it. After explaining the situation, she apologized and rushed to the kitchen, in short, there is an open kitchen.
It was interesting to watch, it was clear from her gestures and face that she was unhappy with the kitchen and demanded to explain the reason for the delay. Next, she told us that it turns out that the gravy for lagman had run out and it was being prepared.
Exactly 1 hour later, our dishes were brought to us and a compliment with apologies in the form of dessert. Well done.
I may be wrong, but my guiru seems to have been heated in a microwave, which left it without gravy, and the noodles stuck to the plate.
Against the background of a positive attitude towards this network, there was no particular anger and frustration.
But there are still disadvantages: Tashkent tea, belated dishes, the method of warming up, there is no kitchen and hall connectedness.
A very nice and pleasant restaurant with excellent responsive and pleasant staff and a good bar. However, the kitchen is just terrible. Perhaps the cook is good at meat dishes and national cuisine, but he turns out an ordinary omelet just terribly and instead of cheesecakes, he just put a cheese mixture on the dish and poured it with berry sauce. The institution must either change the cook, or exclude from the menu what he does not know how to cook.
