A young park, in the process of development. The walking area for 100 UAH is too small for me. Just two fields with horses and steers and a bit of forest. There is a lack of some kind of point of attraction, maybe an artificial pond with ducks where you could sit. A little further there is a mini zoo and aviaries with animals. In general, the price is justified, I believe in development. It is very quiet and cozy around. It's only for this silence that you can come here. The mini cafe serves disgusting coffee (40 UAH) and delicious pancakes with meat. There are no people on a weekday, so you can relax. The girl at the reception and the guard were very polite
