We had difficulties making an appointment, it was difficult to get through to an epileptologist for an appointment. If you could sign up online, it would be more convenient. It would be better to immediately save the test results to an electronic medium, it is inconvenient to put them on a disk, there is a fear that the disk may be damaged. Paper media, too, for familiarization, it is necessary to transfer it to a specialist at a meeting as before. But for everyone who is being examined, information could be provided-what expenses need to be paid, and what services can be obtained as benefits for disabled people. They would have a kind of electronic card for each patient so that we could all upload all the test results, and specialists could get acquainted with the consultations earlier and use their working time more productively. We would also like to have different examples of successful treatment and more information about the disease on the site, so that we can have a better idea of the prospects and what examples of treatment. Information about the drugs that are prescribed and immediately all the analogues that are available, because for consultations on the time allotted for us, I would like to learn more about the new, because everything changes does not stand still, what treatment methods are there, what to prepare for and what to count on and hope for.
