We visited this museum on May 21, 2022, with my husband and child. They paid for a full visit to the halls, as a result, the caretaker did not let the gold into the hall, aggressively explained where the exit was. At the reception they asked for a book of complaints, they submitted a book, open almost at the very end, although there were empty pages. A book of complaints on a spring - I would not be surprised if my negative review is torn out. By the way, the money was not returned. Disappointed.
