Then you stand in line to see a doctor, then you stand in line to pay for the tests that the doctor prescribed (another 50 minutes), then you stand in line to take the tests, you still stand in line to undergo, for example, an ultrasound and tadam again you stand in line to show the results of the tests and ultrasound to the doctor and finally get a prescription for treatment. And the doctor has an appointment before 15h. And you physically do not have time to complete this wonderful quest in one day.
In general, the equipment is good, the specialists also seem to be nothing... and so in the morning you will stand in all queues for 2-3 times and you will definitely not want to return anymore. It is a pity that a generally good hospital was made so NOT FOR PEOPLE.
The place is new and well renovated, but there is a big disadvantage. After all, a children's hospital should be built according to WHO standards. There is a very large crowd of people at the entrance, at first everyone is sitting at the registration, which has only 3 windows and not all work, then they run to the cashier, which has only one window. There is not a single separate box at the entrance, in case of some kind of acute measles-type infection. The staff is very polite and friendly. We visited a pediatric urologist, a very competent doctor.
There are no complaints about doctors, but there are a lot of questions about the organization of patient admission. I stood in 3 queues before getting to the doctor. First, the registry office took 15 minutes after receiving the number, received the number, went to the cashier + 20 minutes, then a live queue to the doctor, which is interrupted by the admission of patients who are in this hospital. Everything seems to be in order, but the impression of a terrible mess and disorganization remains. There are a lot of people. The ultrasound cardiologist explained everything, showed it, and sent it for further examination. I definitely won't want to visit a doctor in this clinic anymore
Cool center. It was created according to Western patterns. High-tech and well-developed level of medical services provision. However, the center is, as it were, initially for children, but inside it still feels like a hospital. The global trend now indicates that it is necessary to create a more friendly environment for young patients. In general, good specialists are working.
