The NBU Bank left mixed impressions. The reception is working well – the staff are polite and help with orientation. However, there are a number of significant drawbacks. Firstly, not all cash registers are working, which is why the waiting time increases significantly. In addition, some customers are allowed to skip the queue, which causes dissatisfaction among other visitors. Unfortunately, some employees behave quite rudely, which leaves a negative impression. In general, there is something to work on to improve the level of service in the bank.
Of the advantages, it seems to me that a more or less good bank compared to other banks in Uzbekistan, but even that is terrible!!!!! The operators treat the customer terribly. Especially the first girl operator. I went to the bank at 9 a.m. It seems that they should work with 9, out of 6 operators, only 2 are on site and they do not accept them. By 9:30 they started accepting, the queue was 35, but I waited an hour and a half. Then I came to the operator, it turns out that their system does not work!!!! Bullying (I note that all operators do it to their close friends without waiting in line!! And others need a queue ticket!!) we live in the 21st century (the age of innovation and artificial intelligence, but our people have to wait in line for 2-3 hours at least). I do not know if the directors of the bank read this, if so. Before the reform, it is impossible to tolerate it. Other banks are even worse. I advise you to create a possible queue online through the application with an approximate indication of the time!!!

They did it for me quickly, I took the money. I go up to the cashier , they're sitting there like damn angry dogs , they don't want to bother me again, they send me to the cashier 20, there I wait for another queue, then they give me money. I am relieved to leave so that THEY will NEVER COME BACK!!!!!!
